The Gemers Awards: 1st Place in Fantasy-

Winning the Gemmers award, that really made my day. I go in and out of depression, and this win really brought me out of it. I really enjoyed the thrill of the competition and also enjoyed reading the other books in my genre

1 What is your favorite thing about Wattpad? 

My favorite thing on Wattpad is probably the setup of it. I write on many other platforms as well, and none of them have really connected with me like Wattpad has.

2 If you could hang out with your favorite celeb for a day, who would you choose and what would you do? 

If I could hang out with any of my favorite celebs for one day, I would probably choose Twinkle Khanna and we would talk about our books and other writing tips.

3 What's a good piece of advice for a newcomer?

A good piece of advice I would give to a newcomer is that if you want to pursue a serious career in writing on Wattpad, immediately go to forums and sign up for contests. You may or may not win, but it's worth a shot!

 4 Are you still surprised when you get a new vote, follow or comment? 

I am always surprised when I get a vote, follow, or comment because I can always find mistakes in my book, and I'm always comparing myself to other excellent writers on Wattpad, so I often wonder how they stumbled upon my profile and/or my book, and how they liked it.

5 What is your favorite movie? 

My favorite movie varies from language. I love Luka Chuppi in Bollywood; Hercules in Disney and The Fault in our Stars.

6 What's a song you enjoy? Who is the artist?

A song I enjoy as of right now is Sinful Indulgence by Miura Ayme

 7 What is the best way to handle a bully?

I've never been bullied before, but I think that the best way would be to tell a teacher.

 8 Who is your favorite author?

My favorite author(s) are Twinkle Khanna, Rick Riordan, Danielle Steele, and Agatha Christie

 9 What is your favorite snack? 

I don't really have a favorite snack, but I do like M&Ms

10 What is your favorite story?

one of my favorite stories has been When Dimple met Rishi, because I thought it was hilarious and the arranged marriage between laid back Rishi and hardworking Dimple was almost realistic.

 11 How would you celebrate a publishing deal? 

I would celebrate a publishing deal by spending time with my family and friends and partying in my head all the while.

I think my book, The Cripple and The King, is a considerable read because it gives you insight on people who wear fake smiles and who have disablities and how some cope with them. Some don't care, but my book goes into detail, along with moving to story by showing how hard it is to accept love after being denied it for your whole life because of a disability you have. It is unique to the werewolf genre and a worthwhile read.
