I think is to not care what they say. To stay unbothered cause they just want some attention.

 Yes!! As a small writer, I am really happy and surprised when someone read, vote, and follow. They just boost my confidence!!

I think is giving every writers platform where to write. Giving writers opportunity to write, big or small.

Your stories are predictable, boring to you because you created it. You're the one who wrote it. For others, it is not!!
