 Review: I do not ever give out perfect reviews. There is usually always SOMETHING, even if it's just something small, that catches my eye as being off. But, with your story, I didn't see anything to dock you points for even a little bit.

 This is a story I could easily binge if I had the time to do so, and I ABSOLUTELY would have read the hell out of this when I was in high school and trying to avoid doing homework. It reminds me of video games like Fallout, which I adore, especially with its foreboding atmosphere and characters who are not just morally black and white but are living in that gray area. I even love that King is in this morally gray area, where she is clearly not a good person altogether, but she is doing what she must to protect her child (at least to the point I read for this review), and as a mother myself, I find that to be an amazing, realistic motivation for her to do what she does. This is great and I honestly can't wait to read more.
