The next morning I was rudely awakened by my best friend, (F/N). He likes to sneak into the girl's dorm to come see me. Also to buy the sweets I get every night. He likes to buy them even though  I would give him some for free, but he says he hates freeloading. Personally I think he's crazy, but we are really close anyway.

"What did you get me this time??!!" He practically yells, showing his excitement, since lately I haven't been able to go out.

"I got plenty of mint taffy for you don't worry." I said as I chuckled.

"Yay!!!" He exclaimed, and pulled the money he had pre counted out of his pocket. We did this so often that he memorized the prices.

I took the money and shoved it in the safest place possible, my shirt. I then pulled the taffy out of the secret bag that was tucked away, and took two extra pieces of licorice for me and (F/N) as well. I gave him the sweets, and he was about to tell me something when we heard footsteps in the hallway.

"Go DUDE!" I whispered, and he hopped out the window as usual.

I put the licorice in my mouth, figuring that it was just one of the girls in the hall. They know about my snacks, but not about (F/N), so I could eat freely around them. The door creaked opened, revealing not a girl, but freaking Levi! I quickly smacked myself in the face. Or, at least that's what it looked like. I was actually shoving the licorice into my mouth all the way, so I wasn't caught. It didn't surprise Levi though, because I was already weird to begin with, so hitting myself wasn't abnormal.

"I just came to make sure you know not go sneak out again. I wouldn't say this normally but this is the third time you have done it, so I feel the need to say it again."

Said Levi. I smirked mentally, knowing that I had snuck out hundreds of times, but he only caught me twice. The third time, it was actually Erwin who caught me, but he was nicer about it than Levi. I'm sure the fact that I spouted some random sappy story about being so stressed and needing air probably had nothing to with it.

"I understand Captain. It won't happen again." I said as mature as I could, considering the fact that Levi was so oblivious to my crazy antics. It took a lot of self control to not laugh in his face.

"Is that all you needed Captain?" I asked.

"Yes." He said curtly, and walked off, and I could hear him mumble, "Tch".

I shrugged and hopped up onto the cold wooden planked floor. I got dressed and started on my way to the mess hall. I was only slightly hungry, since I had some sweets this morning, but I need all the energy I could get.  We had a LOT of cleaning to do today. Levi apparently thinks HQ isn't clean enough, so we get to clean the older building, from the top to the very bottom. I really wasn't looking forward to it, but the good thing is, I get to work with (F/N)!  I really like to clean with him. He makes it fun. He pretends that the mop is his girlfriend and talks to it and at the end of his conversation he yells, "YOU DON'T LOVE ME MOPIEA!" And chucks the mop out the window. I am surprised he hasn't gotten in  real trouble yet. I chuckled to myself at the thought of (F/N)'s weird actions, and I accidentally bumped right into someone!

"I'm so sorry! I wasn't looking where I was going!" I said, hoping the person would forgive me and not hate me forever. Ok, that's a bit overkill, but you catch my drift.

"It's fine, I don't mind bumping into pretty girls!" Said the other person.

I don't even have to guess. Only one person in this whole squad would say something so cheesy. Jean.

"I'm not pretty." I said, "but thanks anyway I guess. Sorry again for bumping into you."

"Bu-" Jean started, but I gave him no chances. I practically sprinted to the dining area, my blood pumping from what could have been a really long and annoying conversation.

No one payed any mind to me as I walked in, and I was thankful. Because if they did, eventually someone would figure out I come in late every morning, and probably mess up my schedule with (F/N).

I grabbed a tray and sat down to eat. The table I sat at had no one else at it. All the other tables were either full, or I felt it would just be weird for me to sit there. I ate my food faster than normal, and just as I was about to finish, Sasha sits down next to me.

"Ummm, are you going to eat that potato?" She shamelessly asked me.

I thought for a moment, but then handed over the potato. I didn't really like potatoes anyway. I tend to skip eating them. Now that I think about it, why did I even grab one? I don't eat them.

I shrugged it off and watched as Sasha gulped down the last of the poor potato. I then got up and walked up the winding stairs untill I reached a certain window. I sat on the ledge of the window and waited. Me and (F/N) always meet up here unless we have something urgent to do. I looked out the window while I waited, and suddenly, a potato was next to me.

"Ga-" I screeched, surprised at it's sudden appearance. Where did it come from? Who put it there? Why would someone do that?? Many questions laced my mind, but now I was slightly frightened. I pushed the potato off the window ledge, simply wanting to get it away from me, in case it was possesed or something-and it rolled down the stairs.

Right under the foot of a certain someone who just so happened to be walking up the steps.

"Ahhh! What in the world is tha- ahhhhhhhhhhhh!" They yelled, and it was made obvious two things. One, the potato tripped that person and they are falling down the stairs as we speak.
Two-

That someone was Captain Levi.

I got up and bolted up the stairs. If the Captain found out I pushed that potato, even if I didn't know he was there, I was going to be sooooo dead.

This morning is getting off to a rough start indeed.
