Author's note
Another book done. Only two more to go! 👀
This one really was a challenge in a lot of ways to write, but also a lot of fun. Especially all the visions of both what has been and what is to come. Though deciding exactly what information to give and what not to give was tough, and especially tough because I'm not much of a planner when I write, but I did have to make some definite decisions about the sixth book to write this one.
Without a doubt, this is my own personal favorite. Partly because I love and adore both Mirai and Tamah and their relationship, but a lot down to that my idea of doing a rewrite of the Lamia-myth has been with me before I even came up with the idea for this series.
But as much as I love this book, I'm very excited about Danae, the Witch of Light as well! That one contains the side-character who ended up being the first one I decided I want to write a spin-off about when I'm done with the series.
Speaking of spin-offs, if you haven't already, check out Oak's Tea Room! It's the first written spin-off and my story for the Open Novella Contest.
And speaking of that, because of my participation in ONC, I haven't decided completely on when Danae will start publishing, but it'll most likely be in the beginning of May. If you're curious to know more about what it'll be about, here comes the blurb:
Danae, the Witch of Light
Danae has lived for well over two thousand years and she is tired of it, but unable to die. She has withdrawn from most magical creatures, including other witches, as she has seen far too many acts of selfishness and greed. The exceptions are the dragon Rikus and phoenix Zeal, who she counts as family, as well as the few friends who visit on occasion. And, of course, the pack of wolf-shifters located near the cave she calls home, who she's unable to avoid due to recurring conflicts.
As all members of his pack, Aidric has grown up hearing the stories of the cruel treatment the pack has suffered at the hands of the Witch of the Mountain. As such, there's no doubt in his mind she is the one responsible for the disappearance of children from the pack. But when he goes to confront her, his opinion of her takes a drastic change.
Having lived for so long and knowing she cannot die, Danae is determined to reject the Alpha of the wolf pack when it turns out he is her mate. Aidric, however, is equally determined to win her over and asking her to help find the missing children is a perfect way to keep her close.
Stay blessed

Psst, tomorrow I'll post the introduction to another story which isn't a part of this universe.
