Jungkook walked down the alley at 1 am, bored and a bit annoyed. His friends, who don't know what he is, kept him out pretty late, and now he really hungry. It's not their fault that their childhood friend was kidnapped and turned into a vampire, and it's not their fault he wants to protect them.

Jungkook was terrified when he turned, he didn't understand what happened to him. He didn't understand why he kept staring at his hyungs neck, and the impulse to bite. He didn't understand when one of them accidentally cut themselves, and he had to run to the bathroom and lock himself inside. Yet the second he looked in the mirror, he saw his skin was pale, fangs out with piercing crimson eyes, he knew what he was. For weeks he'd bash himself for not noticing, but how could he? Vampires weren't supposed to be real, right? He had to train himself, refused to leave his house till he could control his impulses.

He found it very handy that he was a nurse at a hospital, where he would steal blood bags once a month without getting caught, and that's what he feeds off of. He refuses to drink from animals, he doesn't want to hurt or kill them, and he refuses to touch a living person for food.

The sounds of the city are ringing in his ears. Car honking and drunk men laughing and screaming, and all he wants is to go home and eat and cuddle his wolf. Jungkoook had found a baby wolf one night, injured and dying, so he took him in. Little did he know that wolf would bond to him and protect him, it was quite- cute.

By the time he got home, his eyes were uncontrollably red, as he kept growling to himself. He opened the door to find is a wolf, Yulyeong, holding a blood bag carefully in his jaw. Yulyeong can smell when his dad is coming home. So he goes to an old school freezer where the blood is, grabbing a bag and sits patiently for his owner.

"Good boy Yul" He smiles and takes the bag, immediately drinking it.

Yulyeongs' tail wagged happily as he smiled up at his owner as he followed him upstairs. Jungkook took his shirt and hoodie off while drinking from his blood. He opens up his mini-fridge in the corner of his room, taking out a plate with a raw steak on it. He takes off the plastic wrap and puts the plate down on the floor. Yulyeong ran over as fast as he could and ate up the meat.

Jungkook opened his computer and went on social media, checking both his private and main twitter. He read through vents, laughed at the craziness of his friends, and the news. There was a couple of dead bodies found with no blood left in their system, marks covering their necks. Jungkook felt anxious, knowing what did this. He knew that a vampire or more did this, but he worries they're rogue vampires. He curses knowing he can't really do much, he's a new vampire and most likely isn't as old and strong as him.

He changes into sweat pants before turning off the lights, his night vision is his best friend. He lay down in bed, cuddling Yulyeong close as he scrolls through Instagram till he drifts off.

Yoongi yawned and stretched as he sat up, looking at the clock to see it's 7:10. He gets up putting on his slippers as he ruffles his hair going to the bathroom. He puts on a cute cat headband to push his hair out of his face as he washes it. He washed his hair last night and knew he didn't have to wash it today, and since he's opening the cafe he works at today, he feels he doesn't have the time.

Once he was done, he smiled into the mirror and went to get dressed, putting on black skinny jeans and a beautiful silk white shirt. He tied an apron on and went into his backyard. He smiled as the animals greeted him, nuzzling him and making cute noises. Yoongi went on to feed them and give them love. They aren't his pets, but somehow they refuse to leave and they love him to death.  And Yoongi doesn't mind. In fact, he loves it, he loves the company of the animals. 

He grabbed his stuff and left, listening to music through his earbuds. He unlocks the gates and lets them slide open, as he unlocks the door going inside. He makes sure everything is clean and stocked up, as he sets the table and counter. He smiles in satisfaction as he finishes his task, turning the open sign on and helping customers.

It takes a few hours for Jungkook to get the will to wake fully up, after two hours of staring at the ceiling. He groans as he gets up going to his fridge, getting a blood bag and drinks it, sighing in content. 

Yulyeong waddled over and nuzzled him before he went and laid on the couch. Jungkook chuckled as he made his pup some food, looking back a few times to make sure he was behaving. As he put the bowl of food down, his phone went off. When he checked it, there was a notification that today Yoongi is working today.

If you asked Jungkook, he's not stalking the poor boy, he just- has a fondness and a sense of protection over him. 

Jungkook and Yoongi went to the same high school, and one-day Yoongi was getting bullied, and Jungkook saw. He protected him like it was an instinct. Since then he can't help but keep an eye on him. He doesn't follow him home or around town, he goes to the cafe every day he works and orders coffee, the only human thing vampires have. He sees if he is healthy and if he's mentally okay and is stable. 

He gets dressed in simple clothes and gets ready to leave. He puts his phone in his pocket as he puts his hoodie up as he leaves his house. The light hurts his eyes as he keeps his head down. No, the sun won't turn him to ash or kill him. It just really hurts. 

He makes his way down to the coffee shop as he checks the time. It 9:48, it's close to 10. He sighed and opened the door to the coffee shop, and smiled as he was greeted with the wonderful scent of coffee. He took his hood off and went to the cash register, where Yoongi stood smiling. 

"Ahh, Jungkook-ah! You're here again! Would you like your usual?" Yoongi smiled at the younger.

Jungkook nodded and smiled at the boy, who seemed so happy today. Yoongi doesn't remember Jungkook from school, just as they shy young boy who comes in and orders coffee every day he comes in. He doesn't find it creepy like most people normally do, because he knows the other workers are not so kind, and figures Jungkook comes in when he's working so he can have a friend and not get bullied.
