My Date

Mayesha's POV

"Hmm.....so that's what the bunny boy said? Oh well then let's get your mind out of it" I said cheerfully. "And how is that?" Zahra asked. "I have a date today" I said but Zahra sighed, "Those blind dates? I think you had have enough of them." "No no no it's not a blind date.....I....uh...." I hesitated to tell Zahra.

What if Kai was right? What if I do get a call? I thought.

Or what if he's not? C'mon girl chillax! My brain replied.

"Actually two guys asked me out.... one is Kai-" "Oh no not him!" Zahra cut me off. "Let me finish first!" I said back. She huffed and sat back on the bed. "The other one is SeokJin-" "Fucking yes!" Zahra screamed out with joy. "Now, now girl don't get so happy" I said sadly. "And why not?" Zahra asked still dancing maniacally. "Read this" I handed Zahra the phone on which Kai's recent message was open.

"Mayesha if Jin calls you before 6pm then that means he will cancel your date so I'm telling you before hand, if he calls before 6pm don't pick it up. Just come to the diner we were supposed to go.....I'll be waiting and it's a date. What type of nonsense is this?" Zahra asked angrily. "If Jin calls I ain't going anywhere" I said and Zahra looked up from my phone, "But what if-" "That's my final decision" I said firmly and left the room.

Please God, break his phone so that he can't call me.

"So how do I look?" I asked the girls as they scrutinised my outfit and then finally nodded their heads. "Good choice girl" Auri complimented. "Of course after all who does she hang out with?" Zahra boasted. "Myself" I answered back confidently and she glared at me but then we laughed it of.

I grabbed my phone and looked at the caller. My heart dropped to my stomach as I saw Jin calling me.

This can't be happening!

Zahra snatched my phone and checked the caller ID too. Her eyes widened, "Fuck" and she immediately looked at me. "Maye-" "I need some time alone" I said and took my phone from her hands and walked towards the door. "You don't have to ruin your mood because of one date even though I'm against you dating Kai, if he can cheer you up, my heart will be at peace, don't you want that?" Zahra said.

She got me at the right place, she knows I'm soft as teddy bear when it comes to them.

"Fine I'll go to Kai's date then" I replied back and saw smiles creep onto their faces. "You go girl!" Nuzh cheered me. "Thanks girls" I said sincerely and left them and my cosy home.

(time skip)

"Hey Mayesha you came!" Kai said as soon as I approached our table. I shrugged "I guess so? What are we eating? Whose paying?" "Me, of course.....eat whatever you want" Kai answered from behind his menu. "Mayesha?" A deep voice called me and I turned around to find Zayn standing there. "Zayn? What a surprise!" I said and stood. "It shouldn't be a surprise we were bound to meet" He said and side-hugged me. "What do you mean?" I questioned. "This is my café, you didn't read the name?" I blushed, embarrassed.

"Cute" he commented and I glared at him and slapped his arm. "Ouch!" He fake-pained which caused me to giggle slightly. "I want you to meet my friend here, Kai....and Kai this is my childhood best friend, Zayn" I introduced them. "Nice to meet you" Zayn said and extended his hand. Kai stood up and they shook hands, "Likewise."

I don't know why, but I looked at the TV and saw SeokJin's photo flashing in it and under the photo it read, "2020 The Most Handsome Face Winner!"

Jin won the most handsome face this year, which by the way Taehyung won since 2017.

I feel like a proud mother.

"Jin won this year, I'm surprised!" Kai commented. I turned towards him with a vicious expression and said, "He's more handsome than you and people finally realised that and so he won this year....I'm leaving!" I said and left.

I can't do this with Kai, I can't lead him on when I only seem to develop feelings for Jin, date or not.

This time I did not drive home but to the place where the date I wanted to go was and hopefully is still there......

"Jin?" I called out as I entered the empty beach house. It was almost 7pm and so Jin must have left. I sighed and turned around to walk out of the house when a pair of hands gripped my waist and turned me around. "What took you so long, Deiteu?" Jin asked as he hugged me tightly.

"I....uh....I was getting ready! Yeah I was getting ready, the girls wanted the date to be perfect" I made up a lie. "I thought you weren't coming" Jin said as he looked at me in the eyes. "That's never happening Jin" I answered quietly.

He suddenly grinned and said, "What was the longest song we made? Am I long!" He started to dance to 'Am I Wrong's choreo and I laughed at how he danced to it. "Jin! Stop or else I'll die!" I said still laughing, "Oh no we don't want that on our first date!" He said and stopped dancing. He grabbed my hand and guided me upstairs to the rooftop.

My heart skipped a bit at his words and actions.

There, a full set date atmosphere was put together and a large covered dish in the middle. He made me sit down first and then took of his cardigan. The white shirt hugged his waist nicely and defined his chest and broad shoulders too perfectly.

I cannot survive a whole date like this.

"Here, have some, it's Jin-cooked" He said and put some meat, vegetables and rice on my plate. I raised an eyebrow "What's Jin-cooked here? It looks like regular rice and meat" I commented. "First have a bite and then comment" Jin said confidently. "Okay?" I said and took a bite of the meat first.

Many different flavours exploded in my mouth and a low moan escaped my mouth. The meat was so good, I have never tasted something like this. The meat had an indistinguishable taste and a smooth texture, it felt like I was in heaven eating the bestest of food.

"Do you like it?" Jin asked nervously. "What the hell is this?!" I asked still chewing the juicy meat. Jin's face fell but I continued, "I never had such a perfect meat in my whole life! Did you steal it from heaven?" "What? No! I cooked it here...in a rush though" Jin said confidently.

"Yeah, yeah enough boasting! Eat now!" I said trying to sound stern but the smile revealed my mood.

He's the cutest man alive!

"Eh.....I have a present for in the bedroom, wear it and come outside" Jin said and I nodded my head.

(time skip)

"A swimsuit?" My voice echoed in the room. "We going night swimming or what?" I dressed myself in the swimsuit and went outside. Jin was standing near the beach wearing shorts and unfortunately a shirt.

Shameless bitch, my brain commented.

You and I are the same person, I answered back.

"Jin?" I called out, he turned around and looked me in the eye, not even checking me out.

You have crossed the limit of shamelessness, my brain said.

And we are still the same person, I said again.

"You're looking pretty" Jin finally complimented me. A blush crept up my cheeks, "Thank you." "Let's go swimming eh?" Jin asked and took my hand.

Oh my god! This feels so unreal!

"Sure" I replied and we went into the water, holding our hands together.

(time skip)

"Thank you Jin I had fun today!" I said as he stopped the car in front of my house. "I know, the way you were smiling the whole car ride already told me that" Jin replies cheekily.

Shit! I didn't want him to see me like that!

"I.....uh...." I nervously said as a blush formed in my cheeks again, "Your cute, by the way what are you going to do now?" Jin asked with a grin. "Just gonna clean up the mess my brother must had made in his playroom" I answered and Jin got out of the car. "I'll help" Jin said and grabbed my hand pulling me towards the main door.

"I...uh....Jin! No need t-" "I want to help and I am going to help" Jin cut me off. I sighed and finally nodded my head. I took out my keys and opened the door. "Mabrur?" I called out.

Seconds later, I heard a door opening and closing shut and then Mabrur's figure appearing at the top of the stairs. "Sis, you're back! What did you bring me?" He asked me.

"Aigoo....sweety.....I did not bring anything for you, I'm sorry" I said as I was walking towards his playroom. I turned on the lights and found the room completely clean!

"Mabrur? Did you clean up today?" I asked him with disbelief. He back-hugged me and said, "I see how hard you are working so I wanted to help...." "And?" "How did you know there was more?" He asked amazed. "I know you little brother you don't do something without asking something in return, now spill the beans!"

"Okay! Okay! Fine.......my friends want to come over like a playdate, only their moms will be here" Mabrur said. "Are they having dinner here?" I asked as I turned off the lights and took off my shoes, Jin following my actions as well.

"Yeah, they are and I hope it's not a problem because Sis they love the food you make more than their moms' ones, that's what they said" "When are they coming?" "Today is Saturday so tomorrow, Sunday at 5pm, is it okay?" "Yeah, completely!"

"Aish! I wanted to go out with you tomorrow" Jin's cute voice echoed in the room. "You can come over if you want Jin" I suggested and his eyes lit up.

"You sure?" "Positive!" I answered. "Okay then I'll see you tomorrow!" "Uh...Wait! Won't you have something?" I asked but he shook his head 'No' and left with a final goodbye.

I hope tomorrow things don't get messy....

Namjoon's POV

"HYUNG! HYUNG!" I heard Kookie shout from the hallway. "Aish! What happened?" I asked as he burst into our room. "Mayesha went to Kai's date!" "That's impossible! Why did she go there?" Taehyung asked with disbelief.

I shut my book to pay attention to what Kookie had to say. "Zahra said that Mayesha got a message that if Jin hyung calls her before 6pm then she will go to Kai's date and that's exactly what happened and she went there" Jungkook finished explaining. "Shit, hyung's gonna be sad" I commented.

PINGGG......

Our phones alerted us of a message. I took out my phone and saw that it was from the group chat and it read, SeokJin hyung left the chat.

"Fuck! This is bad!" I said. "Bad? Its the worst!" Taehyung shrieked. I immediately dialed hyung's number, "He's not answering!" I said. "Try again!" Jungkook insisted and this time he picked up.

"Hyung where are you?" I asked.

"I don't know?" He sounded like he was in a daze.

"Please don't do anything stupid, everything will be fine" I said calmly but inside I was crying for Jin hyung.

"I was thinking the same too, anyway let's talk later.....I'm busy"

Toot Toot Toot.....

"What did he say?" Taehyung nudged me. "He sounded like he was in a daze but he said he was fine....I don't know if we should believe him or not" I said, worried for Jin hyung now. "I'll fill everyone in with what happened and don't worry Namjoon hyung, Jin hyung will be fine, he has us you know?" Jungkook said and I smiled at what he said.

He definitely has us.......

(time skip)

We sat in the living room which was closest to the door watching TV. "Jin hyung hasn't returned yet?" Yoongi hyung asked. Just then the front door opened and Jin hyung stumbles in with a big box on one hand and the other trying to get his shoes off. I got up and took the box from him and sat it on the table, he then slumped on the sofa and gave out a sigh.

A few seconds past with Jin hyung slouching on the sofa with closed eyes and then he peeked one eye open and looked at us. "What's up with you guys?" He asked. "Hyung, how was the date?" Jimin asked. "It was marvelous!" Jin said calmly. "Jin hyung! Don't lie to us! We are your best buddies!" Jin hyung raised an eyebrow.

"And why would I lie to you guys?" Yoongi hyung gave out a frustrated sigh and said, "We know Mayesha did not go to the date but that's not a problem we can play Mario......come."

"What gave you guys that idea anyway?" Jin hyung asked now sitting up. "Zahra told me that she went to Kai's date-" "Nope, she did not go there!" Jin hyung shook his head, stubbornly not believing us.

"Hyung-" "She was with me goddamn it! How many times do I have to tell you guys that?!" Jin hyung shouted. He glared at us and left to his room.

"Huh! We are trying to help him and he shouted at us? Fucker" Yoongi hyung exclaimed and left too. "Jungkook are you sure Mayesha went to Kai's date?" I asked. "Zahra told me that she said she was going to Kai's date....." Jungkook said slowly.

SeokJin's POV

I shut the door close and immediately called Mayesha. If the reason she was late was because she went on a date with Kai, I ain't dating her.

"Hello?" Mayesha's sweet voice flowed into my ears.

"Mayesha? You asleep?" I asked softly.

"Uh uh.....what did you need?" She asked.

"Why were you late to come to the date?" I asked directly. I heard her take a sharp breathe in.

"I already told you, I was ge-" "The real reason Mayesha, tell me the real reason" I cut her off.

She sighed and finally confessed, "I went to Kai's date and that's why I was late."

"Why? Why did you lie?" I asked sadly.

I really liked her but I won't let her play with me like this.

"Jin! Please don't get the wrong idea! I'll tell you everything tomorrow. Let's talk tomorrow and please do come tomorrow" She said.

"I can't promise you anything Mayesha" I said.

"Jin-" "Bye" I cut off the call and put the phone on silent.

It hurt more to hear it come from her mouth, hearing her sweet voice say those words.

It hurt like a bitch.....

[The Next Day, Sunday]

Mayesha's POV

I fucked up bad this time. I seriously liked that man and I would do anything to tell him the truth. "Sis? Is everything okay?" Mabrur asked. "Yeah, I'm fine" I replied back. I had my back to him as I cooked away a full course meal for my brother's friends.

(6pm)

I had finished cooking, showered and put on a nice dress. I am only dressing up in case Jin shows up.

Ding Dong.......

"Coming!" I opened the door and ushered the boys in.

"Bran, Sky, Riv and Tim meet my mother Mayesha" Mabrur introduced us.

"Hello!"

"Hello Aunty!"

"Your food is very tasty Aunty!"

"Your so pretty Aunty!"

The boys said at the same time. "Hello boys and thank you for calling me pretty" I said. "Mabrur? Take them to your playroom while I get dinner ready." "Okay!" They shouted and ran away. I laughed at how childish they looked.

They are children so they will do childish things duh! My brain commented.

Right, I forgot....I thought back.

"You must be Mabrur's mother" a voice said suddenly which made me jump a little.

"Yeah I am, nice to meet you..." "Rel short for Relly" Riv's mother, I'm guessing said. "I'm Riv's mother, this is Frap, Bran's mother, Cilia, Tim's mother and Chloe, Sky's mother" Rel introduced.

I shook hands with all the mothers and told them to feel at home. I went to the kitchen to set up the table, when I heard a pair of footsteps entering the kitchen. "So you are a single mother?" Relly asked. "Yep!" I answered even though I am his sister.

"Whose the father?" She poked her nose more. "An engineer who died five years ago" I said. "I'm sorry to hear that but did he not leave any money for your son?" "Nope *shakes head* he gave his wealth to his other two children" I answered.

So you basically fucked a married man?" She asked bluntly. "What type of shit are you speaking?" I said with an irritated voice. "So basically, Mabrur is the product of an illegal relationship? Disgusting" She commented.

That's it! No one calls Mabrur an illegitimate child, I brought him up like my own son and no one can speak shit about it.

I lost my temper then and there.

"Bitch you need to get your mouth cleaned because it spits shit" I said. "What the fuck? How dare you-" "Yes I dared and what are you gonna do about it?" "I'll spread word about your illegal disgusting child!" She said.

"Go on...spread...I DARE you to do that" I said with an enranged expression.

"Mayesha?" I heard a beautiful voice called me.

Jin.....Jin's here! Omg I'm so happyyyyy!

In an instant all my anger vanished into thin air.

"Jin! I'm in here!" I called out. His figure appeared at the door and Relly turned around and I literally saw her making heart eyes at Jin. "Oh my! Aren't you that famous handsome singer Kim SeokJin?!" Relly exclaimed like a school girl.

Oh no bitch....he's my boyfriend.

"Yeah, I am nice to meet you Mrs....." He dragged on. "Relly and I am not married" She said. "Okay?" Jin said with an awkward look. "What? You just said that Riven was your son....you lying bitch!" I exclaimed.

I grabbed Jin's hand and pulled him into my room, "That goddamn lying bitch! I'll fucking kill her someday!" I exclaimed. I turned around and saw Jin smiling like a fool.

"What?" I asked rudely. "Nothing, now you were going to exp-" "I got a message from Kai saying that if you call before 6pm that would be only to cancel our date and that I should not pick it up and directly come to his date. You called, I got sad and went there but then I could not bring myself to go on the date with Kai, so I left and went to your date. Only then my whole being was in peace." I explained and waited for him to say something but he said nothing and instead wrapped his long arms around me. "You don't need to explain yourself, the only thing matters is that you came back to this handsome man at the end and I can't be more proud..." He stretched, "Of myself" I slapped his arm and broke myself from our hug.

Jin was laughing his ass off and he looked so handsome.

Wait! What am I saying?!

A crush which will vanish after you date him for a few days.

"Aigoo....sorry sweet cheeks but you know its true" He snaked his arm around my waist and pulled me close to his chest. "Sweet cheeks?" I asked tilting my head to the right. He brought his face closer to my face which made a blush crawl up my face.

"Yes...sweet cheeks....do you like it?" "I...uh...its fine call me anything you want" "How about Yeonin?"

My heart skipped a beat at him calling me sweetheart.

"You would like that won't you?" He brought his face more closer to me and I started to get more nervous, "J-Jin...." "Shush Yeonin, I won't do something you won't like" He said looking into my eyes.

Who said I don't want to kiss you? My brain screamed.

Stop being shameless you stupid brain, I thought back.

UGH! Finnneeee....my brain gave up.

That's weird, she never gives up so easily.

"Mommy! We are hungry! EWWWW! Get a room you guys!" My brother said as soon as he opened the door and saw us in this position. "We are already in a room" Jin said without looking at him.

"No I-uh we are done here!" I quickly escaped from Jin's embrace and rushed downstairs. I could faintly hear Mabrur saying something to Jin but I don't know what he said to him.

"Boys! Dinner is ready!" I announced and they all including the mothers rushed into the kitchen. Jin trailed slowly behind, talking with Riven. I looked at Relly and saw her looking at them with heart eyes. "Jin! Yeonin! Come sit with me!" I pulled out a chair beside me and motioned him to come sit, he smiled and walked to the pulled chair and sat down.

Relly's face twisted with irritation and she stuffed her mouth with the food. I smiled feeling victorious and served Jin and myself two plates.

"Wowww.....so good...." "Aunty can we come and eat at your place everyday?" "No you can't!" Mabrur replied. "Whyyy???" Sky whined. "Because my mother is a busy woman and she can't cook all time..." "But we can always have a get together on Sundays!" I finished Mabrur's sentence and they all cheered except Relly.

"Will Jin be there?" Relly suddenly asked. I could feel my blood boiling but I kept myself calm, before I could answer Mabrur said, "Eww....nooo if Jin comes they will stay glued with each other all day and then you guys can say goodbye to fun Sundays."

I blushed at what Mabrur said and Jin's ears turned red and it was a sight to see but unfortunately a man stealer saw it too and she squealed slightly but it still reached my ears.

"I promise I won't stay glued to him so can Jin come now?" I asked Mabrur.

That boy has me wrapped around his finger.

He tapped his head thoughtfully deliberately stretching the scene and finally said "Fine, but if I see you guys glued together anywhere except in your room, I'll cancel fun Sundays" I nodded my head and Jin huffed out a breath.

I gathered all plates and put them on the sink before beginning to wash them all. "Here let me help" Jin said from behind me and I nodded my head but he did not help me at all instead wrapped his arms around me and back hugged me.

"You said you wanted to help?" I asked and tried to shrug him off of my back. "I am helping by calming you with my handsome vibes" His voice came out muffled but I still heard them and laughed slightly. "Your so cute!" I exclaimed as I dried the now washed plates. "And handsome and sexy and fucking sexy too" I laughed more as he kept on boasting about himself.

That was until a certain someone decided to ruin it.

"Yah! Husband fucker we are leaving!"
