If you've been reading this book for a while, you might remember I did a little drawing based on a hybrid au headcanon I had for my OC, Comet. The idea was that, as a hybrid, she'd be part allay. I think it fits well with her personality too, but the drawing I did for the headcanon originally wasn't exactly my greatest work. So I redid it. And here we go.

I didn't do it digitally, so I didn't have the exact hex codes or colours for the wings, hair etc (plus I didn't use a reference) but I think it turned out well and I'm genuinely proud of the result! I added extra shading or blushing to her cheeks and knees (where in my more Gravity Falls-ish style, I had little hashes or scribbles to indicate blush etc — if you look back on work I've done for Celia, you'll know what I mean, I didn't explain it great here) and used a similar colouring style I use for most traditional art sketches. I've definitely got more comfortable in this art style, and I'm working on something 'big', or at least bigger (yes, it involves heathers, and yes it's a crossover) so there's that to look forward to! It'll be explained better in the actual chapter, but I hope you enjoyed this one! Lemme know your thoughts on this!
