Mom: I got some brownie mix. Come make it.

Me: yeah ok *gets up and grabs the box*

Me: this should be easy.

Me: *gets bowl. Puts oil and water and mix in*

Me: mom where's the pan?

Mom: *gets pan for me* don't forget to grease it.

Me: yep *gets spray and sprays pan* is this enough?

Mom: maybe a little more- wait that's not the right spray. That's olive. We need butter.

Me: -.-' ok let's try again *washes pan and puts on correct spray*

Me: *starts putting mix in pan*

Mom: did you heat the oven

Me: dang it. No *puts the heat on.*

Me: *waits a long time for the oven to heat.* finally

Me: *puts brownies in.* yay I functioned!

Mom: you put an egg in right?

Me:......

Me: gosh dang it. I did not.

Me: *practically burns hands getting brownies out.*

Me: *scraps batter into bowl and adds egg then puts it back in pan*

Mom: did you put more grease?

Me:........

Me: I GIVE UP I DONT EVEN LIKE BROWNIES.
