This is a form with no restrictions on number of stanzas, or syllables in any line. In each stanza the last word of the first line becomes the first word of the second line, the last word of the second line becomes the first word of the third, and so on. The rhyme scheme is abcb.

Skin so delicate

delicate as a rose

rose that will blossom

blossom as it grows

As the years are chased along by time

time alters life's perceptions

perceptions of how we were meant to have lived

lived believing there were no misconceptions

Chosen based on personal belief

belief shaped by experience and time

time which doesn't dawdle as we learn

learn to form principles for a life sublime

In the end it is all based on choice

choice is the only thing we really own

own to help steer us along life's road

road maybe smooth to travel or rough as stone

So my years have taught me one sure lesson

lesson about choice, to take or give

give careful thought to each one you make

make it the right road for the life you want to live
