Bored, I spun around in my swivel chair at my desk, my eyes staring at the space next to my laptop.

A metallic label, front covered in glass, gleaming against the sunshine that read one simple thing.

"Coraline Chinka - Head Detective of the OSCI*"

I was proud of my promotion, yes, but now I only dealt with big cases.

And that meant less work for me to do.

Which is no fun when you see your lower level detectives running around solving cases and having fun.

Of course, my detective instincts were shouting that this wouldn't last but I've never been known to be a patient one.
