Sunday came and went in a blur for you, mostly because you busied yourself with finishing Bonnie's endo. You managed to get the whole thing done before bed, and now you had a creepy animatronic endo standing motionless in your garage. You pulled your privacy curtain closed to keep neighbors from getting a peek every time you pulled in and out of your garage.

The uncorruption software finally finished its job. You could now work on Bonnie's code freely without worrying about accidentally hurting him. Adam was also due to bring you the security footage soon. You planned on working on Bonnie's code and memories throughout the week when you got off work. When the weekend came around again, you'd grab his casing parts, and continue your repairs from there. You felt a bubble of pride swell in your chest. Bonnie was getting closer and closer to being fixed by the day, and it was because of your mechanical/technical prowess. Well, that and the efforts of Mr. Selik and the Trustworthies. Honestly, if it weren't for them, Bonnie would've never lasted long enough to get to your capable hands.

You had trouble falling asleep again, but then just like the previous night, you suddenly felt better and found yourself able drift off. You knew deep down that Freddy was behind it. You weren't sure how, but you felt it in your very core. You planned on thanking him for it when you went to work Monday morning. Even if he had no clue what you were talking about, he deserved gratitude.

As it turned out, you didn't have to wait long to thank him. He was right at the entrance, just waiting for you. Your eyes met, and your body moved before you could think about what you were doing. You threw yourself at him, and he engulfed you in that hug you had been craving all weekend long.

"Hello, Sweetheart. How are you feeling?" his soft voice rumbled in his chest, and you felt the last of your tension finally melt away.

"Better now that I'm here. I missed you this weekend." You admitted, and his fans kicked on to high gear at that. You looked up at him, and stifled a giggle. His ears were wiggling so adorably.

"I know you need to get to work, but the others are in the daycare waiting for you. That is, if you don't mind being a little late to work." Freddy said, and you smiled.

"I always have time for you guys." You said, reaching up to boop his nose. You chuckled at the squeak. You wanted to shake the hand of whoever added that feature, it was one of your favorites.

"Great!" he said, and scooped you up into his arms. He held you bridal style as you laughed at his antics.

"Freddy, you Goober, I can walk." You said, not really putting up a fight.

"I know, but I like carrying you. It's like cuddling, but mobile." he said happily, leading you to the daycare.

It wasn't that long of a walk, but it still felt way too short. In the blink of an eye, your other friends were standing in front of you. They all rushed you, and you found yourself in the center of a group hug as they fussed over you. You blinked in confusion. This level of clinginess was not something you were expecting. True, they didn't see you for two whole days, but this was kind of ridiculous.

"Whoa, guys! It's only been a weekend. Things couldn't have been THAT bad without me." You said, and there was a wave of rigidness that washed over the group. You raised an eyebrow at that. Something was bothering them, that much was certain.

"WE weren't the ones who had a rough weekend." Sun admitted, and realization dawned on you. They all knew about Saturday.

"Oh." Was all you could think to say. You were a little lost on how to proceed. What do you say in a situation like this?

"We heard you broke his wrist." Roxy said, smirking at you. That instantly brought the mood up.

"Yup! Got to tell him off as well. Not gonna lie, that felt amazing." You grinned, thinking about his shout of pain as your hammer collided with his wrist, shattering the bones inside.

"I wish we could've seen it." Monty said, and you smiled wickedly at him.

"You can. Kaylee filmed the interaction on her phone, and sent me the video. You guys want to watch?" You asked, eagerly pulling out your phone.

They all gathered around as you brought up the video. The majority cheered at your ranting in Dave's face. Sun gave an "oh my" at the language you used. Freddy, surprisingly, didn't say anything about your profanity. In fact, he seemed to be looking on with... something... you didn't know what expression that was, but it made you feel warm inside. Their moods shifted to angry rather quickly when Dave started yelling. Freddy's growling was so low and visceral, you thought your grandkids could feel the vibrations. Then the mood changed back to jovial the moment you swung your hammer. You didn't realize the resounding "crack" from the impact could be heard all the way where Kaylee was standing. You quickly stopped the video after that. There was no need for them to hear all the things Dave was yelling at you as he tried to get into your house.

"That was AWESOME!" Chica cheered, bouncing up and down in excitement.

"You were very Rock and Roll there, Little Lady!" Monty gave you a thumbs up.

"There are no words to describe how proud I am, Sweetheart." Freddy said, cradling you closer to his chest than you already were. He had not sat you down since your initial hug.

"Thanks guys. I'm glad you approve." You smiled as you put your phone away.

"We more than approve! Moony is singing your praises!" Sun said, waving his arms frantically in excitement. Your eyes caught sight of the time, and as much as you hated it, decided that you needed to be the responsible adult of the group.

"I love hanging out with you guys, but we do have jobs we need to get to." You said regretfully. The mood became saddened at your statement.

"I hate it, but you're right. We do have a birthday to get ready for." Chica said, rather sadly.

"And the employees here are looking eager for us to move on." Monty said, looking at the staff who was giving them weird looks.

"Want me to drop you off at Parts and Service first?" Freddy offered. You were very tempted to take him up on it, but you had to stop by Adam's security office to pick up the flashdrive, and your notebook. You didn't want to let the secret slip, especially since Bonnie was getting some headway. You smiled at him regretfully.

"Tempting, but I can walk just fine." You said, and he looked disappointed at your rejection.

"Are you sure? I don't mind one bit, you know." He added hastily. The look he was giving you almost made you cave in, but it was best to grab your things before the day got too busy.

"I don't want you getting in trouble for being late to a birthday." You said, gently patting the side of his face and he seemed at least a little placated.

"Okay." he said, and set you down like it took every fiber of his being to let you go.

"You. Two. Are. IMPOSSIBLE!" Roxy's voice drew your attention to the group. They were all looking at you and Freddy like your presence physically hurt them. You rolled your eyes at them.

"You guys need to stop looking too deeply into things. It isn't good for you." You said, and the sounds that escaped them resembled a group of dying cats. You and Freddy shared a concerned look.

"Are you guys okay?" he asked.

"No. But we're getting used to it." Monty said, imitating deep breaths to calm himself down.

"Really? Cause I'm not!" Sun said, yanking on his rays. Freddy looked like he really wanted to help them, but had no idea how to do so. You shook your head. They did it to themselves for seeing something that wasn't there.

"Anyways, I'm off. I'll see you guys later." You said, turning around.

The sound of your friends slowly collecting themselves faded behind you as you made your way over to Adam's station. This time when you knocked on the open door, both he and Debbie were inside. Much to the confusion of not only yourself, but also Adam, Debbie paled considerably at the sight of you, and quickly ran out the room. She shouted something about making rounds over her shoulder as she disappeared. The two of you shared a bewildered moment of silence, before turning to each other.

"What did you do to her?" You asked.

"Me? She was just fine until you showed up. What did YOU do?" he asked, not really sounding that mad that his coworker was not scared to death of you for whatever reason.

"Nothing! I haven't interacted with her since that morning she made that rumor about us." You said, genuinely confused. You stared at each other before shrugging your shoulders. Neither of you could bring yourself to care, as long as she never gossiped about you again, that's all you cared about.

"Anyways," You closed the door to prevent anyone from overhearing. "-do you have the footage?"

"Yup! Right here. Though, there were some things I couldn't get. I marked those with stars." Adam said, handing you your flash drive and list. You didn't expect the security footage to get everything, but it was nice to see that it covered most. Now you only had to dig up what was absolutely necessary from your friends' memories. You hated the privacy invasion, but Bonnie needed to have a restored memory, and that was the best you could do.

"You did more than enough. Thank you. I can get the rest, myself." You said, placing the objects in your messenger bag. You needed to figure out a way to get what you needed without raising suspicion.

"Well, I wish you luck. And thank you, for taking this whole project seriously." Adam said, a smile of genuine happiness on his face.

"Of course! I may not have had the pleasure of meeting, you know who, but I know for a fact that his friends care for and miss him dearly. How could I ever face them again if I didn't put my best foot forward." You said, matching his sincere energy with your own. The two of you shared a look of mutual understanding before he nodded for your dismissal. With that, you headed off toward you department, wondering just how you were going to get the missing memories without being too noticeable.
