Basics and grounding

I don't know anything about this universe so like this is gonna be fun.

Character information

He seems to work pretty well and whilst that personality is pretty common, I'd be lying if I said I didn't have a soft spot for characters like this, so I might be a bit biased when it comes to the fact I say I like him.

Maybe add some more hobbies and interests, potential details and maybe a more unique design.

Relationships

We love a good unrequited love story. These work but maybe add a bit more detail to how the relationships work and function

Backstory

Alright so the the little context I know about this universe thanks to a friend of mine tells me this works, however, one thing is missing from this. Why? Whilst his actions are explained to an extent, they don't justify his actions or his reactions. Why run away? I understand the beef with this John kid but it wasn't him that caused the problem, so why hunt him down so mercilessly? It might be that I just haven't taken in everything because that Backstory is so long and it's very late at night, but maybe just add some more reasoning and detail.

Other

I don't know what dead eye is my guy, I assume this works in the universe but I'm not quite sure.

Stats

Stats are balanced and work well, no issues here.

Final thoughts
I don't really have much to say here, this character is pretty decent, but to what extent is lost on me considering I lack knowledge of this universe. I think he needs some more development either way but he seems to be pretty good.
