Basics and grounding

Okay so this could work pretty well, just be careful when introducing a lot of new concepts not to overwhelm the reader.

Character information

This works for the most part and I'm completely fine with pretty characters. The main issue I have here is with her personality. It's good to make complex characters but you have to be careful to make sure it doesn't feel like you're trying to give her as many traits as possible. Giving her so many traits, some of which contradict making it feel like you've tried to put everything into one person. Maybe focus on a couple of her traits so that you can build up off them.

Relationships

This works as long as it all functions in the universe you've created. Be careful not to introduce everyone at once because that can get a little confusing. Be careful with some many tense relationships with family members, they're common and normally not executed very well, so just make sure you think that through.

Backstory

Okay this works as a good starting point but you haven't explained why this would cause a tense relationship with her family. Of course you said that her fear is irrational but isn't it a pretty safe assumption that if you've been kidnapped, your family is gonna be pretty hyped to see that you're okay again.

Apart from that, plan out your story and basic plot and you should be fine.

Other

Alright that's a lot of powers for one individual. I assumed up until this point that each person had one power because that's what it's been described as. Definitely establish some world building rules like powers and how many one person can have.

Stats

I suppose these work as Stats on their own however try to avoid breaking stat boundaries. Also, she has this many abilities so surely she should be stronger for it to make sense for the entire character?

Final thoughts
I think that this character could be really good and well planned out but it needs a bit of work and development for the character and her universe. Apart from that, this is pretty good, so we'll done.
