Basics and grounding

Coolio I know my stuff with this universe aha.

Character information

Okay so this works for the most part. Due to her name I assume she isn't Japanese and since there's no reference to U.A, it's good to see an oc that doesn't rely on the main cast. However, I think some things need to be added. In this universe it's very easy to make an oc look really cool, not saying she looks bad, but just maybe add some more unique traits. Also maybe just add more to her personality like how she acts when she's alone, is she calm and collected or on edge? Stuff like that because her current one revolves around being protective over others and characters are more then one note people.

Relationships

Alright you have to be careful with stuff like this especially in this universe. A lot of characters have tragic backstories and whilst there are character like that in the universe, it's not common in the show and a lot of ocs go for this.

Also villains should probably be her enemies.

Backstory

Okay so you seriously gotta slow down here. Her entire Backstory is tragic, everyone has some kind of positive thing in their past no matter how small. Having such a negative past makes it harder for the character to want to keep going.

Also what happens after that? It's like you cut off what happens half way through her Backstory. You have to sit down and flesh this all out and make it so not everything is overwhelmingly tragic.

Other

This is an interesting quirk but with powers like this it'll be easy to go overboard, so try to make sure she isn't too op and that she isn't super strong.

Stats

These stats are pretty high. I normally only recommend one five which is then blamaced out with a one and fours are balanced with twos. You gotta try and make a blamaced character.

Final thoughts
You really just have to flesh her out more and make her more of a character you can connect to. Whilst tragedy happens, it's not all that happens, so try and sort out that Backstory a bit. But that's it really.
