As per usual with your characters, they're very well done. There aren't actually any issues here and there isn't even anything I can think to suggest as an addition. Very good job here.

Relationships

Again, very good. Just make sure that these relationships effect the character and help build her up and it should all work smoothly.

Backstory

These points all make pretty goos sense in the grand scheme of things and I like that she's a police officer and you actually described the process of her getting the qualifications needed to do so. Good job on that.

Other

Interesting quirk but it does seem to last really long for a quirk of that type. Maybe have it so the longer she maintains eye contact the longer the effects are, because that flows a bit better and makes sense.

Stats

These stats are pretty well balanced so it's all good.

Final thoughts
Overall, an incredible character as always. There's literally only one addition I can come up with here. Very well done!!
