Basics and grounding

You should probably think over how this would work but it sounds pretty neat.

Character information

This is pretty good for the most part but I have a bone to pick with his personality. Obviously people can act different around different people however, most people almost always have some definate traits. So you need to figure out a couple of those so we know what personality type and stuff he is. Like is he extroverted? Introverted? Stuff like that since we don't know.

Relationships

I applaud you for implementing traditions and sticking to them though I feel this could be confusing. Be sure to develop these relationships and make sure they help grow the character.

Backstory

Alright so as far as 'summeries' go this is reallllyyyy long. I assume this is his main story and it's all well and good but you gotta remember that I can't see the universe how you do because I obviously haven't designed this universe. So when introducing new concepts and stuff, no matter how minor, there has to be some sort of explanation.

The only really issue here is that I don't really know what his childhood was like or his last before the main story, which would be his younger Backstory. So put the same amount of detail into that.
Stats

Stats are pretty well balanced so no issues.

Final thoughts
I think this character is pretty good but you just gotta go over it and figure some things out. Work on having a more level Backstory and if you're gonna put that much detail into it you're gonna have to put the same detail into everything.
