Character information

Her design is very cute and I like her for the most part. However, she's quite a positive character so I suggest maybe adding a couple of negative personality traits to balance out her complete positivity. Positive characters aren't bad, but balance is something to always aim for.

Relationships

These are some good looking relationships but I highly recommend developing them further and adding more to these so there in depth and complicated, since that's what helps make up a character.

Backstory

This sounds cool and you said that there is more to it the this so I'm not gonna tell you to develop it further, however since it isn't properly finished I suggest sitting down and coming up with the rest of the story.

Final thoughts
I like the sound of this character and the universe, just some further development and fleshing out could do this character some good. Work off of the building blocks you already have and add more detail and this character will probably be great.
