Basics and grounding

This is a pretty common concept so you have to develop reasons for people's actions. Why are they discriminated against? What did man-kind do that was so bad to trigger this reaction?

Character information

Okay, so I like the sound of this but we are dealing with a mental disorder so I have to tell you to make sure you do appropriate research and understand the illness you're trying to portray properly.

Personality wise, I think you should develop on all of them because most of the alters feel like one note personality traits. I can't really comment on this that much because I've not really looked into this specific condition, but I think that alters act like completely different people. Either way, Atlas definitely needs more traits and they need to be developed upon to make them feel more realistic.

Relationships

More development is needed here for these relationships to feel fleshed out. As long as these effect the character and help development, this should be fine with a bit of development.

Backstory

This is a lot to take in with such a short description but it works for the character. Definitely add more positive points in their life because almost everyone has some kind of positive memory from their childhood, even if it's with friends. Definitely be careful with having a tragic backstory and having a powerful character though because that can give kind of Marysue traits.

The other thing I wanna say is that when indroducing a lot of new concepts, makes sure to explain what these things are so you don't lose your reader.

Other

I feel like these abilities would definitely change their appearence. Anyway, that is a lot of powers for one character, so maybe cut down a couple.

Stats

I suggest lowering one five so the stats are more balanced but apart from that these are fine.

Final thoughts
This character and universe have the potential to be good, however, I definitely recommend more development and adding more details to flesh them out more.
