Opening and closing a book.
Showing myself and closing my self.
Saying I'm great and saying I'm ok.
Indulging myself into activities to keep my mind occupied when it does nothing,
when it all comes back at one point.
Shaking to the words, heart racing to the words.
Upset to the words.
Mad at myself cause of the words.
Book that I'm opening and closing when I please.
