(Y/N) yawned lowly as she stretched her arms, sitting on the couch. She hadn't seen (FA/N) in a while so that she could watch all of the episodes together. Though she was tired, the girl deemed it worth it.

(Y/N) went to stand and her legs buckled under her, as she hadn't realized that her left foot and right leg were asleep. She fell with a thud, letting out a low "Oof" The sound of someone descending the stairs made her begin to try and scramble to her feet, as she knew exactly who it was.

"...What happened?" a deep voice, scratchy from sleep called from the staircase. (Y/N) looked over to see her housemate, Rein. "Oh. Uh..." she started, trying to come up with a good excuse. Rein gazed at her expectantly, awaiting an answer.

"...I fell?" she said bluntly, causing him to sigh. "I know THAT much. WHY did you fall? And don't try and tell me you were 'Practicing to be a bird'. I didn't believe it the first ten times you said it."

She bit her lip nervously. The last time she stayed up all night, he wouldn't let her hear the end of it. "...You were up all night watching anime." (Y/N) stared up at him, wide eyed.

"No! I, um-" Rein pointed towards the TV, (Y/N) looking at it. She had forgotten to take it off, and the paused scene of the last few seconds of the episode was displayed on the screen.

She smiled sheepishly at him, letting out a nervous laugh. But Rein's face showed no amusement. Only a stern glare, which (Y/N) was all too accustomed to. He sighed after a while, walking over to her and folding the blanket she was using.

"Legs fall asleep?" he asked. "My... leg and my foot." Rein simply nodded in reply, setting the blanket on the couch. "So... you can't walk." (Y/N) attempted to stand, failing to do so, resulting in her knocking down a vase near the TV with a loud crash, a squeak leaving her mouth at the sound.

Rein sighed deeply, shaking his head as he walked over. Without a word he scooped her up bridal style and headed for the stairs. (Y/N) let out a slew of protests that went completely ignored by the raven haired boy. He soon got to her room and set her on the bed.

"You never listen..." he complained, earning a pout from the girl. "You're too overprotective!" she responded. Rein narrowed his eyes. "You could have gotten a shard of the vase stuck inside of you." (Y/N) was about to say something, but clamped her mouth shut at his words.

He pulled the covers over her, gaining a more neutral expression, a hint of concern in his eyes. "Sleep is essential for good health... don't neglect it." He then planted a kiss on (Y/N)'s forehead, causing her to blush deeply. He pulled away from her, heading to the door.

"Take a nap. I'll be up with breakfast after I finish sweeping up the mess." Rein then left, (Y/N) staring at the door. After a few seconds of silence, she let out a low mumble.

"...He's too nice..."
