Looks|| Dr. Woodward is a slightly muscular man that due to his height looks slightly lanky. He has short blond hair that sometimes is said to be dirty blonde, its often in a short hairstyle and curly. He looks a lot younger for his age, freackles are lightly dusted across his cheeks and nose, he wears black rectangular rimmed glasses. His eyes are a sky blue. His usual clothing is his doctors coat, a dress shirt and tie, black pants and dress shoes. Has worn other attire before and even asked for diffrent clothing in containment.

Personality|| Used to be a man that was very caring, torwards anyone and their wellbeing, he wasn't in his profession for money or personal gain. He worked as a physican, a hospital doctor and then a childrens doctor before working at the SCP-Foundation.

He's always had a soft spot for children, he also used to empathize more than usual with co-works who had children.

After a certian accident he has become very cold and distant, he is very cunning and slightly sadistic, he has no remorse for human or humanoid adults and finds it fun to toy with them. Despite his changed personality, un-beknownst to him he's a very, very depressed person.

Special Containment
Procedures|| -Dr. Woodward is to be kept inside a regular containment cell, everything is padded except the floor, the only furniture in the room is a bed, a table, a chair, and a lamp. Any staff coming into contact with Dr. Woe without SCP 999's company must wear earplugs to avoid being influenced by any whispered words he may speak. Means as to communication are writing, if accompanied by 999 communication through speak is available.

Abilities||

-SCP-5046 has the ability to regenerate at a stunning speed, it is also able to not breathe or use the bathroom. (North breathes due to he does not know its not required.)

-During outbursts of rage or basically any emotion he has a boost of strength.

-5046 has the ability to influence those around him or who he touches, hes able to whisper little things, purposefully filling your thoughts with doubts pr self hate. If you are around him long enough he can even make or push you to suicide, if not that, the homoside of others and then your own suicide.

-He gives off a downing aura, you will automatically feel down around him if you are not being purposefully influenced.

Backstory|| SCP-5046 or Dr. Woodward was a man who had multiple jobs in his profession, once transfered to the SCP Foundation he was part of the medical team. He was known well and a great friends as well as colleague, shockingly there had been a containment breach with 096, resulting in multiple injurys. The part of the facility was detonated before North could escape. Luckily instead of death he become a anomoly. He was found during a cleanout of the debris and later questioned on how he lived, he explained he had no memory of hoe he survived and returned to duty.

Only after multiple reports of staff feeling down, and soon a member commiting did he becone questioned again. This prevoked a outrage, he began to whisper awful things before having one of the interviewers with him cause their own death, and then physically hurting the other. He was then contained forcefully into a cell.

Other Notes|| SCP-999 has been suscessfully been proved to be able to cancel out most, of SCP-5046's abilitys without affecting its own. Any infulental tactics 5046 may try to do with its ability will not work when around SCP-999, it also likely wont even attempt to do so. SCP-999 can not cancel SCP-5046's regeneration nor its slight increase in strength, but is able to affect it with its own ability, 5046 is completely docile and safe if around 999.

SCP-5046 has expressed fellings of despair and empathy when around SCP-096, oddly enough SCP-096 dosen't attack but only screeches in horror when looked at by 5064.

SCP-5046 seems to be fond of SCP-049, if placed together 5046 will inquire and talk about the pestilence with SCP-049, seemingly understanding. The foundatiom has tried many times to ask 5046 about the meaning of the pestilence but it claims that they wouldn't understand and refuses to explain no matter the circumstances.

SCP-5046 seems to have a phobia of drowning, when placed in a room that was starting to fill with water (a termination test), it showed signs of anxiety and panic despite knowelage if knowing how to swim. 5064 showed these signs by doing the following:

Anxiety Attacks
Panic Attacks

5064 has on multiple tests of the effect of not needing oxygen has passed out or reverted to a unreponsive state during water engulfing tests.

SCP-5046 has be observed when bored or alone in its cell sing what he calls two songs, "Lullaby of Woe" and "The Hanging Tree"
