"Y/N, Leo, so nice you could join us this morning." Chiron said. "I'd like to introduce you to Isla, Ben and Liam who were so kindly brought here by Calypso. I'm sure you'll all get along very nicely."

Now

Y/N's POV

What in the name of all the gods? I'm pretty sure that Calypso is Leo's ex, right? The one that broke his heart?  You could feel your face begin to heat up a bit with anger. And Isla? Seriously? She's a demigod? Who are these dudes?

"Hello sweetie! I missed you so much dear!" Isla squeaked as she enveloped you in a tight hug. You pushed her off a bit so you could speak.

"Missed you too Isla." You said. You turned to the guy who was introduced as Liam and shook his hand. Liam was a very tall, muscular, brown haired, blue-eyed guy. He would have made a good basketball player. Isla would say he was "hot". In your mind Leo was the only "hot" one. You chuckled quietly to yourself.

"Hello, I am Y/N, daughter of Athena."

"Hi." Liam said cheerfully. He  had a very deep voice.

 You turned to the Ben guy. He was about average height not too muscular, with black hair and brown eyes. He looked so very sad, and anxious you felt like you were going to cry when you looked into his eyes. He looked so broken and shattered that you couldn't imagine him ever smiling. Waves of sadness seemed to radiate off of him. Trying not to cry or break down, you extended your hand out and introduced yourself as Y/N daughter of Athena. He didn't shake your hand, but just nodded at you.

As you looked away you began to feel better and thoughts of Calypso barged in again. What do I do? She doesn't know we're dating. Does she want him back? What the heck do I do? I should just play it cool. Right?

"I'm Y/N,"

"Daughter of Athena." Calypso finished for you.

"Yeah, I guess." You said, a bit nervously.

"Is something wrong?" She questioned a bit coldly.

"No! Not at all." You rushed.

"Do you know where I'll be staying?" Noticing she had completely skipped over Leo with her handshakes you glanced over at him. He looked very pale and kept glancing over, but didn't say anything.

 "You'll be staying at the Big House for now, but if you are planning on staying more long term, we can make other accommodations." Chiron announced. "Y/N, will you show Isla around?" He waved towards her. "I'll take Calypso to the big house, she knows her way around and Percy can show Liam and Ben the camp. "

Isla leapt forward and grabbed your hand. "Let's go!" she squealed. You began the tour of the cabins first.

 "Ooh! I like that one! Not really though! I don't like it! I do kind of though!" She squealed. She seemed rather confused and it seemed to be rubbing off on you.

 "Yeah, ok... where were we going? Oh yeah!" You mumbled. Isla was still hanging off your arm.

 "Don't you think Calypso is beautiful? She is so pretty!" Isla gossiped. Well, she is a titan. She's more beautiful then I'll ever be. If she wants Leo back I'm not sure how I could stop her. She was ignoring him though...

"Y/N!!!! You aren't listening to me! Are you ok, honey bunch?"

" I'm fine. " You said a bit harshly. She was beginning to annoy you. Talking to her was always so confusing.

 Completely ignoring your tone of voice she giggled and  continued to chatter on about all different subjects, mostly Calypso.

"How did you get here?" You questioned .

"Calypso brought me! How did you?"

" Um, a guy named Leo brought me. I meant how did she find you? "

"Oh! Silly me! She wanted to get a better education for some reason! She doesn't need one though don't you think? Even though she was stuck on an island for so long. " So she told them her past. Doesn't sound like she mentioned Leo though, otherwise Isla would have brought it up.

"Oh, ok. What about the guys?"

"Oh! Liam was the guy I was on a date with the day you disappeared! He's hot, isn't he sweetie?"

"So you two are a couple now? Congrats!" You said, ignoring the question of his looks.

"Oh no, certainly not! I dumped him. He just wasn't very interesting." You weren't at all surprised. That was how she was, just moving from one guy to the next.

"Oh. I'm sorry."

"Don't be! He's such a bore anyways! Almost as bad as that Ben guy. He's just so depressing, don't you think?"

 "How did you find Ben?" You asked, ignoring her question once again.

"We found him on the way here! I think! I'm not exactly sure. It could have been some other time! Silly me!" 

She kept contradicting herself. You sighed as quietly as possible.

"With any luck you'll be claimed soon, Isla."

"Oooh cool! I hope we're sisters! Or maybe not, you're sometimes annoying. Do you think I might be a child of Aphrodite? I don't think I'm pretty enough. Do you think I'm pretty?"

 She seemed not to notice she said something offensive.

"You are very pretty Isla." You said, resignedly.

"Not as pretty as Calypso though right? She is absolutely gorgeous! There was another girl who was really pretty too! She was nicely tanned, brown hair with little braids and feathers and I'm not sure what color her eyes were. Do you know her?"

"Yeah we're friends. Her name's Piper. Her boyfriend is the tall blond guy."

"She has a boyfriend?" She asked sounding actually a bit disappointed.

"Yeah, Jason."

"Oh! Ok! He's cute too! Everyone here is pretty cute." You nodded, not really listening any more.

"Maybe not everyone though. There was a short guy with brown hair and sort of an elfish face. He isn't very hot."

She was talking about Leo. You felt your face begin to heat up a bit out of anger. 

 "I think he's cute. Not that it matters." You said .

"If you say so! What's for dinner?"

 " Well, actually... " she cut you off in the middle of your explanation.

"Never mind! Ooh what's that?" She pointed to the climbing wall. 

" Your bed, I wish. " You muttered quietly under your breath, not loud enough for her to hear.

 "The climbing wall." You say aloud.

"That's nice! What did you say was for dinner?"

Rotten lambs brains for you! "Um, anything."

"That's nice! Not really. But yeah!"

You stopped dead in your shoes at what you saw.

Oh, no. What is going on? It's fine. It's fine. We're all fine! Not fine! It's ok...right?  They're just talking. It's fine. It's fine.

You stared straight ahead to where Calypso and Leo were standing together behind the weapons shed. Leo seemed nervous. Calypso was gesturing wildly. You couldn't hear what they were saying. Suddenly, Calypso grabbed Leo's face and kissed him roughly.

A single tear, the first drop before the storm, trickled down your cheek. You could feel another run across the bridge of your nose. They were warm. One trickled onto your lips and dried.

You ran. You ran as hard and as fast as you possibly could, not knowing where you were going only away. The tears were a steady downpour now. 

It's gone. It's all gone.
