Excitement...
Narrator's POV
Ciel smiled as he sat in the drawing room of the townhouse, embroidering quietly.
Daddy was out currently, at some social gathering scouting out a potential spouse.
So, the four teens were alone with the handful of servants.
Last he had seen —or, more accurately, heard— Elizabeth and Sieglinde were in their shared bedroom being intimate.
And, when he had walked down the hall to get to the drawing room, he saw Alois doing ballet in the dancing room.
So, Ciel was alone with his thoughts.
Everything in his life has changed so drastically over the course of a few weeks.
He went from hating his stepfamily to adoring them as his true family in a day and the very next he found himself daddy's wife and the mother of the stepsisters he once hated.
And now he was a little housewife, sitting at home raising their children while his husband was away.
Of course there was still that little detail that their daughters were older than him and daddy was out seducing someone else.
But that was not important, obeying daddy was; daddy had the plans and they just followed his instructions.
Daddy making all the choices just made life easier!
Sometimes Ciel wondered if his thoughts were truly his own anymore, but he did not like dwelling on it long since it hurt his head.
Either way, he could not wait for his hubby to come home since he had a surprise for him.

After a few minutes of pleasant silence whilst he embroidered, the blunette decided to take a break.
Leaving the drawing room, he peeked into the dancing room and found Alois was taking a break as well.
"Hello, muma." Alois greeted when she saw him
Ciel smiled, "Hi, Alois."
The younger teen sat down beside his older stepchild, asking how her dancing was going as she he knew she was learning a new one.
He listened happily as she explained the dance to him, offering encouragement when she explained what she was failing at.

Duke Sebastian Michaelis sighed as he sat in the bar frequented by nobility in London.
He had been nursing the same drink —whiskey on the rocks— for the past hour and the ice had long since melted and watered down the liquor.
Hours had passed since he had arrived at noon and he would have to leave soon to go home and have dinner with his precious daughters.
It seemed like he was having no luck searching for his next spouse today.
As he stood up to leave, a woman entering the bar caught his attention.
She had brilliant red hair cut in a bob, wore a red dress with a red overcoat and white jabot and a red hat atop her head.
The crimson clad woman exuded flirtatious energy and Sebastian knew she was unlikely married.
So, he waited for her to settle down and order a drink before making his move.

Ciel frowned as he sat at the dinner table.
He and his sisters/daughters were all sat at the table, but the chair at the head of the table was empty.
It was not like daddy to be late to dinner, that was when they spent time together as a family.
But an hour had passed since the four teens had sat at the table, the food on the table still covered to try and preserve its warmth.
"Do you think daddy is hurt?" Sieglinde softly asked, not wanting to even consider the possibility
Lizzy shook her head, her curled pigtails waving, "We would have felt it if daddy was hurt."
"Then where is he?" Alois mumbled
The blunette stayed silent, simply staring at the seat beside him where Sebastian was supposed to be.
A few minutes more passed and Sebastian finally entered the dining room.
"Daddy!" The four teens greeted
"Hello, my darlings, please forgive my tardiness." Sebastian said, kissing their heads as he walked towards the head of the table
He then sat at his seat, the servants serving the five Michaelis' their meal.
"I have excellent news, my dolls." The Duke announced to his family
"What, daddy?" The unanimously asked in perfect sync
"I have discovered my next spouse. While she is not as rich as I had hoped, she is far more well off than the last decrepit hag." Sebastian informed
"That is good." Lizzy smiled
Sieglinde nodded, "It is! Will we have to move to her home?"
"Not this time, my dear, she is currently residing in a modest townhouse, she would likely move in with us." Sebastian answered
"Yay! I am so tired of ugly manors." Alois smiled, "Hardly anyone one knows how to decorate! It is the nineteenth century, not the sixteenth!"
Elizabeth and Sieglinde laughed with him, Ciel remaining quiet.
"What is wrong, my love?" Sebastian asked the blunette, concerned
"Nothing, daddy, I am just a bit nervous." Ciel replied
"About what?" The red eyed man asked
"I have news as well." The blunette said, "But after your news I do not know what to think of it."
"What news, Muma?" Alois inquired
"I am pregnant, I found out late this morning." Ciel shared
Sebastian smiled and kissed his bride, placing his hand on Ciel's flat stomach.
"This is excellent news, my love, I am so happy." The Duke smiled, "No more corsets until after you birth our child, I do not want anything impeding their growth."
"B-But what about the woman you met?" Ciel asked
"That is still happening, you carrying our child changes nothing of my plans, it simply adds another layer." Sebastian soothed, "I was hoping you would become pregnant after making love to you nightly with no contraceptive, though it did not expect it to take root so soon."
"W-What would we say to her about the baby? Wouldn't she suspect something?" The blunette stuttered
"No, we would feed her a lie, my darling Ciel, tell her you had the baby with another who abandoned you." The man assured, "But we will worry about that later, tonight we celebrate the good news."
They ate happily, the daughters excited for their future sibling...
