Esther was just seven years old when was diagnosed with heart disease, just a week after she lost her real friend and her teacher. Ashley finds her breathless in her bed. Doctors say that has not too much hope for her.
Anthony Richards traveled the world with her and her mum to find the best cure and to minimize her stress. He didn't just stop with that; he built a special hospital and laboratory when hired the most capable person of science, chemistry, and biologist to find a cure for his daughter's heart.
After 8 years all kind of treatment finally works, and she has a green cart to go to high school.
She was doing well but her heart failed again when her Knight kissed her. Too many emotions for a fragile heart.
Now at the laboratory, a new thing comes up for her treatment. Staminal Cells were the solution to create a new heart. Anthony refused to put his Heir on the waiting list and by the way our Queen has a special blood type, the most unique one Rh null. Even she was on that list will be impossible to find a heart sooner.
These staminal cells need to come from embryos which mean that the fetus will need to stop evolution when is in his first weeks. Ashley due to some problems that had during delivery Esther can't carry an embryo inside but even the results of Anthony weren't good enough for a surrogate. Yes, they were risking everything in the name of love and care for Esther.
So all eyes were on Esther to save herself by getting pregnant. When Ashley wanted to interfere by changing her pills she was already pregnant, just one week. Knowing this they start to build fast a plan to separate them. Not letting Esther feel all the pain they changed her "vitamins" and give her some pills that will protect her heart when stress will increase, all made on Anthony's labs.
Here is when Love shows how powerful is. Parents like Anthony and Ashley can do everything to save their daughter at any cost even sacrificing another unborn and there is Esther that for just a grumble cells inside her uterus is ready to feel all the pain just to have her.
When Hermione was born, Esther had heart surgery. Then later she covered her scar in case Tomas comes.
Surprising all she succeeded cause she knows her Love will come again in her life.
Tomas entering again make her life full of joy and her heart wasn't more in that constant painful hurt. His touch and love mend her heart till that night when she falls before him lifeless and let her last breath in his lungs.
"She is gone, sir!" he said with a painful voice.
"No son, she will come back again!" Anthony said and make a call.
A special ambulance come and put wires all over her body and there he saw that she had a small heartbeat.
When was Hermione born, doctors took staminal cells from her umbilical cord and after many experiments, they had her heart ready for a year now for our beloved Queen.
June, July, and August are gone and now is September.
Hermione is very sad cause she can't see her mum normally. Esther is inside a sterile chamber, pregnant with twins. When this come up Anthony and Tomas had a strong debate. Her father wanted an abortion and her husband refused.
"If she is not gone yet is because inside her she feels her kids and she will come for them and Hermione too. And I am her husband and she made me sign that only I can respond for her health in future, so back of!" were the last words that end the debate between them. Tomas won.
Little Hermi went to her father and sit beside him in the hospital hallway.
"Dad what can I do to have mum back?"
"Princess mum will come soon!" he said giving a kiss over her head.
"Dad I don't want to wait years as I did with you!"
"Will not be!" he was short in answer.
"What if we do an exchange dad, I go and mum comes! I had mum for more years than you and you should have her now! Maybe one day you can have another kid!"
"When you want to go?" Tomas said smiling at her innocence.
"You know to GOD!" she said and his smile fade away.
Tomas's face becomes pale. He was processing if he indeed heard that thing from his 10-year daughter. He gulped the air in his throat. Took Hermione in strong hug tears flow like a river from his eyes over his daughter.
"Hermione! My princess! My sublime Love! Never say this again! You are the reason that mum is alive and fighting to come to us! Neither I nor your mum can stay away from you for more than half a day. This is cause you are at school. I didn't know it for your existence my piece of love. If someone would tell me I would be in second before you! You forget these thoughts and never think it again!"He said to her and her little finger erased his tears. He smiled and kiss her in front.
Nilam and Rajan came, they get worried seeing Tomas in that state holding Hermione.
"Tomas tell me, that Queen is ok!" Nilam said in half-breathe.
"Hold Hermione! Esther has crossed all the limits now!" Tom said and enter Esther's chamber got sterilized before the door but didn't wear sterile cloths.
"Sir you need to wear sterilized clothes!" A nurse said to him, but he didn't listen at all to enter there. Esther was surrounded by wires and monitors that keep her vital check.
"Look I understand you! I was shocked to find the truth too! You are more hurt than me cause they are your parents but this is going beyond Queen!"
"You need to wake up!" he screams to her. A nurse comes to calm him and send him away.
"Leave me, with my wife, alone!" he yelled to the nurse and she went away.
"Esther listen stop with this! You need to wake up now! I can't bear so much pain anymore!"
"You claim that you LOVE ah! Where is your Love now? I am dying every damn second and now our piece of love is saying things that I don't want to repeat or think it!" he yell to her face as she was looking peacefully sleeping. He breathes heavily near her. For three months he stayed away from her and now he broke all rules that keep her safe from an unknown danger.
You can call him reckless but Love has her own meds.
He took her hand and place it over her belly.
"Esther here is the surprise we have for our first piece of love! They are in danger if you keep this state Love! Doctors will choose you if you don't wake up soon and I prevent this as much as I could. I'm trying to hold the promise I made years ago. But,.! The rules are to choose you before them at any cost!" Tomas lied to her hoping she will wake to hear that her kids need her.
"Mum!" was the voice of Hermione that enter too.
"Hermione how you get in here!"
"Like you did dad!" she said and went to her mum's side.
"Mum, I told dad too if you want I can replace you to the God!" she said again.
"Hermi you are upsetting me princess!" her father said and bent down to her level and she came to his arms.
"Dad mum deserves to live beside you, happy!"
"You are our happiness, sublime love! How many times I need to say it!"
The monitor that show her heartbeat did like this:

"Dad, what is going on with mum's heart?" Hermione said worrying.
"Nothing, princess!" he said scared to death.
"You need to go out right now!" the doctor said to them and Tomas with Hermione in his arms went to the window side when he watched for these three months as only doctors could enter inside. He enters only one under their supervision for one minute.
Now he was feeling guilty! What if she dies just because he's reckless?
A couple of minutes had passed.
"Dad!" Hermione called still in his arms as was watching from the window.
"Yes, piece of love!"
"Look dad mum is watching me!" the little one said and Tomas turn around to see his Queen looking back at them and between the plastic mask, he saw her smile. He waved her and Hermione did too.
"Dad does this mean I need to go!" she said with teary eyes as she missed her mum and don't want to let her right now.
"Hermione you will go nowhere, without my permission or your mums!" he sounds radical in this way she may stop thinking that nonsense. Her doctor comes to them.
"IS she ok?!" Tomas asks watching the window.
"This is a miracle! But sir you were very reckless getting inside like that!"
"Will this bring any complications to her?"
"We gonna run some test to see it and to be sure that she is accepting her new heart!
"Can we see her?" plead impatient Hermione that fall from her dad's arms.
" Not here, but we gonna send her to another room when all can see her. Ok!" the doctor said and moved away in his cold nature. They stood glued to the window watching Esther, till a nurse send them to the hallway.
Two hours more waiting.
Nilam was ecstatic and flew to Rajan's arms, but she faint while he was caring for her.
"Nil! Nil!" Rajan calls her name and Tomas's attention went to them.
"What happen?" he asked as let Hermi sleep on the stool.
"I don't know Tom! She was happy for Esther one minute before but now..!" said Rajan with tears covering his view.
"Nurse! Nurse!" Tomas yelled. When Nilam wakes.
"What happen to me?' she said as trying to get up.
"Easy!" says Rajan and helps her to stand on her feet.
"You faint in my arms babe! Are you ok?" asked with his heart in his hand Rajan.
"Yes, don't worry was for the emotions!" she lied knowing since the morning the reason for all the illness and sickness she felt lately.
"Sir Tomas you may visit your wife!" the same nurse that serves Esther said to him. Tomas looks to Nil and Rajan.
"Go, I am ok! Take Hermione!" Nil said.
"Of course! Take care sis!" he said and went to pick up sleeping Hermi.
"Nurse I am sorry for my behave!"Tomas said.
"It's understanding sir! I'm happy for you!" she said and left them alone.
