Getting into the Jaele side ;P

Imagine, Riele running toward a downcast Jace on a bench but, she didn't notice his long face. "Oh my god, Jace!" Riele shrieks sitting down on the bench next to him.

She had waited for a while which was a half an hour to approach him. She did not want ruin any make out secession they-Isabela and Jace were 'having', but she couldn't take it anymore she had to see what had happen.

"How did it go?" she asks bouncing with excitement. She been waiting for him to ask Isabela for a whole week. So, she was over joyce when he told her he was asking Isabela today.

"Oh, did you guys kiss after words?" She asks another question. "Was she crying? She was crying right? Of course she was crying. You asked her to marry you!" she-Riele says, then starts looking around to see where the 'ecstatic' Isabela is. Where she have gone off to.

"Where's Isabela? Did she go to freshen up?" Riele says still not seeing her. "Oh, she probably did. Were are y--" she was cut off by Jace.

"She didn't say yes." Jace mumbles quietly, barely a whisper.

"What?" Riele asks in disbelief. She thought she heard wrong.

"She said no." He says a little louder but, still in a hush tone.

"Why?" Riele says lowly.

"She says... I don't...love.. her." he says shaking his head.

"What? Of course you do." Riele says really believing her statement. Of course he loves her. Who else would he love? she thinks. She's as confused as Jace.

He always had so much love in his eyes. Who else would he hold them for? And why would he contain that love?

"She....... says I love...... y- some one else." He stutters almost spilling that he loves her-Riele.

"Who?" she asks in a whisper not really wanting to hear they dreaded name that made her best friend relationship go to the waste-lands. The name that made him sad so depressed and......empty?

Jace says nothing like he does not hear her-Riele, but really does not want to admit the truth. Because he knows once he says it, that he loves her-Riele there is no going back from that. From loving her-Riele.

"Oh, Jace! I'm so sorry." Riele says hugging him, knowing he is not going to tell her the girl who crushed his dream of getting married to the one he loved. She feels terrible not only for him, in general. She can't help but think that this-the whole situation was her fault.

"No, it's not your fault." He says hugging her back. "I guess I wasn't good enough for her." he says.

"That's non sense Jace. You're perfect." she says, "And just because Isa-she can't see it doesn't mean it's not true." she says.

She does not want her best-friend beating himself up for a girl who doesn't deserve him. If she can not see that he loves her she does not deserve him-the kind and lovable person beside her, Jace.

"I'm far from perfect." he says cracking a small smile.

"You, said it not me." Riele lets out a small laugh, "Come on, let's get out of here." she says and stand holding her hand out for him to grab.

He takes it and stand next to her and they start to walk, never breaking their entwine fingers. He stares at their hands swing back and forth between them. A small gesture they always did but, this evening he felt sparks flying around them. He brings their hand up to his face a kisses her-Riele's hand and let his lips lingered there-on her hand for a while. A simple gesture that make her-Riele feel butterflies in her stomach.

They continued to walk into the sunset until they reach Jace's apartment, where he invited her to come with him, not wanting to be alone after this-situation.

They went inside the apartment a got comfortable on the couch. Watching old movies with hot chocolate and cookies that Riele had made.

Snuggling into each other with a blanket wrapped around them and her-Riele's head on Jace's chest.

Riele was slowly falling asleep and Jace had to admit it.

"I love you, Riele." he says thinking she can not hear him. She smiles to herself.

"I love you, Jace." she replies, falling into sleep.

He freeze not believing that she loves him also, even if it's as friends she loves, it's still means the world to him.

Now that he admitted, there's no going back he's now head over heels for her-Riele.

She makes he's life complete, even if she doesn't know. If she's there he'll be alright. But, he knows for sure that one day she will be his.

On that note Jace falls into slumber with--.

Riele her.
