Sabo: Short-tempered?
"I'm bored!" You whined slumping over your big desk. Koala, who was sitting in front of you, nodded, watching amused your childish behavior. "Koala, please, give me ideas, I'm going crazy!"
"Well, it's true that we don't have to go on any mission... Why don't you read?" You looked up at her and shook your head.
"No, I don't really want to. I've already read all my favorite books. I will have to get some more..." You muttered to yourself before sighing heavily and letting your head bang against the wooden surface.
"Please, (Y/N), don't hit your head like that or else you will be even more stupid." You heard a deep voice speak behind you and you stiffened, sitting straight desperately. You failed to hear Koala's giggle as you turned around to be greeted by the mocking smile of a certain blond. Once you processed what he had just said, you puffed you cheeks adorably and hastily got up, then started to jab his arm.
"I'm not stupid!" You whined and Sabo smiled down at you, since you were too short to even reach his shoulder. Damn giants...
"Yeah, yeah, whatever. I will get going, Dragon gave me some work. Have fun!" He said walking away as he waved his gloved hand. You gasped and stretched an arm.
"Wait! Why do you have something to do? That's not fair!" You stomped on the floor like a child and Koala laughed.
"Hey, (Y/N)-chan, I've got something we can do. Wanna kill the boredom?" You looked at her with hopeful (E/C) eyes and nodded franticly. "Then follow me"
"Er... Koala, care to explain me what are we doing at your room?" You asked carefully and Koala smiled at you, motioning you to sit on her bed, as she did moments later.
"Oh, I thought that we could play... truth or dare!" She chimed and you immediately went pale. Yo didn't like that game, not a bit.
"Oh, no. No, no, no, no. I'm not playing that." You refused openly and Koala sighed.
"Well, you were the one who said that was bored. I will go to do something else the-"
"Okay!" You groaned and Koala smiled with a glint of triumph in her dark blue eyes.
"Truth or dare?" She asked excitedly and you rolled your eyes, already regretting being bored and letting your brunette friend select the game.
"Truth." You managed to drag out and Koala smirked. She got nearer to you and so you did, leaning in as you supposed she was going to whisper it, and you were really glad about this.
"Do you like Sabo?" When the question reached your ears you felt blood flood straight to your face, making you blush a hundred shades of red. Yes, you had a huge crush on the lively and sweet blond, but would never admit it, or so you hoped. After two good minutes you didn't answer and Koala laughed. "Well, since you won't reply, then you will have a dare." She stayed thoughtful and after a while she snapped her fingers, startling you as the sound echoed throughout the silent room. "Make him angry." She said and you raised and eyebrow.
"Angry? Sabo? Come on, those two words cannot come together in the same sentence if it is not in a contrasting way. I've never seen Sabo mad." You said in a matter-of-fact tone and Koala smirked.
"That's the point of the dare..."
So there you were, thinking and thinking about the possible options to make Sabo, your crush, the kindest person you have ever met, angry. You didn't want to do it at all, but on the other side Koala would be teasing you for an entire year if you didn't so, with a sigh, decided to do it.
You flinched as you saw Sabo enter the base, signature smile on his handsome face. You sighed and went to him, trying to hide your nervousness under a smile.
"H-Hey, Sabo. You're finally back. How was the m-mission?" Dammit you for stutter. Sabo looked at you worriedly.
"It was okay, as always. (Y/N), are you okay? You look a bit... nervous." You stiffened and nodded, smile still present.
"I'm okay, don't worry." Sabo nodded not completely convinced. He sighed and took off his top-hat, running his fingers through his curly blond hair, then put it again.
"Then I'm going to take a shower. See you later." You nodded as he walked away and, once he was at a considerable distance, you silently walked behind him. You already knew what to do to anger him, as much as that disgusted you.
You heard the running water from the adjacent room, then looked at the lever which hung from the wall. It was signaling 40º, perfect temperature for a shower. You gulped and hesitantly lowered the lever to 10 miserable degrees. You raced to the door and got out of the bathroom before Sabo could get out of the bathing room. You knew it took five seconds for the temperature to change, so...
Five...
Four...
Three...
Two...
One...
"HOLY ROGER!" You heard Sabo's voice shout and you felt your shoulders trembling, not from fear, but from amusement. Oh, you could barely hold back the fiery laugher that threatened to come out as you made your way to your room, acting as if nothing happened.
"Sabo, are you okay? We heard you shout this afternoon." Said Koala sitting by the table of the dining room. You choked on your food as you heard her and Koala looked at you with a smirk, already guessing what was happening.
"Yes, it's just that the water came freezing and I had to get out the shower to change the temperature. I don't know how could it go so low." He said with a sigh and you had to pop into the conversation.
"Are you mad?" He looked at you curiously, then laughed.
"Of course not, that was a foolishness!" You laughed awkwardly along him, mentally cursing. Another prank no!
You went out to the training field to see Sabo practicing his dragon powers. God, they were amazing! Everyone in the Revolutionary Army was very strong, but you had an special attraction to Sabo's skills, and not just because he was your crush.
He turned to you and smiled, seeing your dozed state and approached you... just to fall. He let out a surprised yelp as he stepped on a carpeted spot, and suddenly fell into a large hole. You gasped, although this was part of your plan. You had managed to make this hole that morning just in case the shower prank failed, and it happened, so...
"Dammit... (Y/N), help me to go out!" He told you and you nodded, going away -much to Sabo's confusion- then coming with a long robe. You threw it into the hole and helped Sabo out. Once he was to your level, he sighed. "Thanks. Gee, what is a hole doing in the middle of the training field?" You scratched your back, shrugging your trembling shoulders. How didn't he notice that it was you who did all these things? It was more than obvious!
You gave up. There was no way you could make Sabo angry, that's naturally impossible. You sighed, head sunk in your arms by one of the wooden desks of the library. You would have to bear with Koala's teasing for a long time.
You failed to notice the door of the library open and immediately close since you were in one of the farthest desks of the bog room. You decided to go and get your favorite book. At the end you would finish reading.
You approached one of the huge bookshelves, unfortunately the oldest. It was very instable, however you didn't really care since you had got a lot of books from there. So you tried to reach for the blue book you were looking for, however you supported a bit too much on the furniture. It creaked loudly and you flinched as you saw it leaning in. You tried to run, but it was too late.
"(Y/N)!" You closed your eyes as the bookshelf was going to crush your little form. That was it, you were going to die, and you haven't even said goodbye to Koala, to Dragon, to Ivankov, not even to Sabo. However you were suddenly pushed to a safe spot, along another body. You heard the bookshelf collide with the stone ground with a loud thud, then you opened your eyes. You had felt it, but were now sure that you had a heavy body over you, pinning your wrists to the floor.
"Sabo..." You muttered breathlessly and tried to break free of his grasp, but only managed to strengthen the grab, making you mewl in pain. "W-What-"
"Are you stupid?!" He yelled right in your face. Your eyes widened as you saw, for the first time, an expression you would have never thought you would be able to see on Sabo: fury. You were about to say something, but he cut you. "I've told you a million times that it's dangerous to get a book from that bookshelf, and that you should ask me to do it!" You felt burning tears gather at the corners of your eyes as his tone raised with every word.
"I-I... I'm sorry, Sabo. I promise I will never do that again." He sighed and let go of your wrists, but continued straddling your hips.
"I hope you are serious, because I don't want to lose you." He sad caressing your cheek softly, making you blush an intense red color. He leaned in until you could feel his breath and flinched.
"S-Sabo, what are y-" You were cut by a pair of lips on your own. As if you weren't surprised enough because of the blond's sudden outburst, now he was kissing you. You sighed as you felt those soft pillow-like lips move against yours gently, then a wet tongue running along your lower lip. You hesitantly let his tongue in, making it tangle with yours. Everything was smooth, sweet , perfect... as a little squeak was heard. Sabo pulled away from your lips, smiling at your cute expression and heavy breathing, then looked up to see an excited Koala squeaking right in front of you.
"Kyaa! This is so cute!" You blushed hard and tried to get up when Sabo was finally standing, patting the dust off his clothes. You looked at her with an embarrassed aura around you and immediately dragged her out of the library, ignoring her complains and squirming.
"I finally managed to get him angry. Happy?" You said, practically, to the closed door you were supporting on. Sabo approached you and gave you another sweet kiss.
"I love you, (Y/N), please, stop doing stupidities." You puffed your cheeks but hugged him nonetheless.
"I love you too, Sabo." You were like that for ten seconds, then Sabo spoke up again, smirk on his face.
"Then, care to explain me what was that of 'I finally managed to make him angry'?"
