Night had fallen down, everyone was sleeping soundly, having their sweet dreams. While Kasumi, who still awake, working on her invention for tomorrow showcase.

Kasumi let out a yawn, she looked at her watch, it was 1:00 a.m. She wasn't half way done. She picked up her cup, however there wasn't a drop of coffee left.

"Look like I'm out of coffee." Kasumi sighed to herself. Someone handed her a cup. She turned around, she looked up. She grabbed the cup and muttered thank. Kinji sat across for Kasumi.

There was a silent between the two. Kasumi drank the cup, and noticed it wasn't coffee, it was green tea.

"Kinji-san?" She asked, breaking the silence.

"You shouldn't drink coffee this late at night Miss Kasumi, is not good for your health." Kinji explained. Kasumi secretly smiled. Another a silent cut in between them.

"Why are you still awake, Miss Kasumi?" Kinji asked in concern. Kasumi looked in his eyes, they were filled with worry. Kasumi sighed.

"I have to finish my invention speech for tomorrow." Kasumi explained.

"The speech?" Kinji asked, then realized, "Oh is it for that invention, you presented to us yesterday?" Kinji asked.

Flashback

"Minna, I have something to show all of you." Kasumi stated.

"What is it, Kasumi-nee?" Yakumo asked.

"Taa-daaaa! this machine helped astronaunt teleported new objects back to Earth immidiately, so they don't need to fly back and continue their search." Kasumi stated.

"It's look unique, and advanced." Kinji commented, which pleased Kasumi.

"Sugoi! Kasumi-chan." Fuuka and Nagi exclaimed.

"Kasumi-nee, it's look amazing." Yakumo added, "are you planning to present it to tomorrow invention fair?"

Kasumi nodded. "Are you planning to writing a speech?" Nagi asked.

"Why does she need a speech? Miss Kasumi is good at improvising." Kinji stated, Yakumo and Fuuka nodded.

"But there will be scientists, like well-known one. What if she made a mistake?" Nagi portested.

Kasumi laughed it off, but it was hanging in her mind.

"Aren't you good at improvising? Why would you need a speech? Are bothering what Nagi-chan said?" Kinji asked.

"I'm just worried I might make a mistake tomorrow, and Nagi is right." Kasumi admitted. Kinji looked at her. Then, he scooted next to Kasumi's side, to look at her speech.

"Wow. The speech sound professional, and clarified but the speech doesn't sound like you at all." Kinji stated. Kasumi blushed a bit, turned her head around.

"What do you mean?" she asked, in a sad tone. Kinji noticed her attitude.

"I mean normally you won't stress out on this thing, Kasumi." Kinji answered, she noticed he dropped the word "Miss".

"But this is for all the well-known scientist to see, how this invention will help astronaunt, Kinji." Kasumi protested, and let out a yawn. Her eyes looked like a panda.

"Kasumi, you need some sleep." Kinji suggested, he lay her head down on his lap before she could protest again.

"Shhh....You should rest for a few minute." Kinji advised.

"But..." Kasumi muttered.

"I'll stay here, and wait until you wake up." Kinji smiled. Kasumi smiled back and closed her eyes. Kinji patted her head, and stared as her beautiful face.

"Neh, Kinji." Kasumi whispered.

"Yeh?" he asked.

"Thank you." Kasumi said, and got into a deep sleep.

Kinji smiled, "You're welcome." he whispered back.

They stay like this for the rest of the night, unknown to them, it was just the beginning of their new adventure.
