AU 

"We won't talk about Naga, okay?" Umika warned her friends. Her friends snickered. She just huffed. 

They were having too much fun teasing her about Umika finally admitting that she likes the emotionless block Naga. 

"Come on, Umika-chan..." they pouted. 

"No is no. It already embarrassing enough this morning the whole class was teasing." Umika grumbled. 

"Wasn't it Kairi the one that shouted it out first?" Tsukasa suggested. 

"Yeah. Your boyfriend is so nosy." Umika clicked her tongue. 

"Well..it's certainly not his fault. You guys did look cute together this morning when paired up for the script." Tsukasa stated. 

"Agree." Hammy nodded. 

"But we were just reading off the script that the teacher gave us, what cute about it?" Umika rolled her eyes. 

"The emotion, duh. Naga was showing off his emotions." Tsukasa stated. 

"Psst...he was only doing it because it graded." Umika tried to deny the truth. 

"No, it wasn't graded. The final show isn't until next week." Hammy pointed out. 

"Well...maybe it was a dare from Balance." Umika reasoned. 

"Do you think a dare from Balance would let him show that much emotion?" Tsukasa raised her eyebrow. 

"Just admit it will ya, Umika-chan?" Hammy teased.

Umika just ignored them and went back to her readings. Tsukasa and Hammy saw no response and decided to give up. 

Just then, Umika's phone rung. 

She picked and saw a text from Naga. 

Naga: Hey Umika...

Umika: What's up?

Naga: How did I do today? Was I good enough?

Umika: You did amazing!

Naga: Really? :) 

Umika: Yeah. You were great! 

Naga: Um...so when do you want our next rehearsal to be?

Umika: [typing]

Umika thought about it for a moment. 

Umika: how about tomorrow after school?

Naga: Great! Same old place? 

Umika: You bet.

Naga: See you tomorrow. 

Umika: See ya.

She smiled. Her smile caught Tsukasa's and Hammy's attention but they decided to let it go since they knew who it was from.

Yes! Naga thought. 

"Pssst...Naga, I know you're excited to see your girlfriend tomorrow but we are in a game. Focus please!" Balance teased. 

"I---I'm not..." Naga stuttered for the first time. 

"Whatever. Kick that enemy ass now!" Balance instructed. 

"You're on!" Naga stated. 

"You know, if you like her, go for it," Kairi stated, looking from his text with Tsukasa. 

"Eh....what do you mean? Me and Umika are only good friends." Naga stated. 

"Good friend. Yeah, such good friends. The way you look at her this morning proves more than that." Kairi rolled his eyes. 

Naga remained silent. 

"Naga, focus!" Balance demanded. 

"Right...right..." Naga snapped out of his thought and continued back to his game. 

Naga, himself, never thought about it. Maybe Kairi was right. Maybe he was catching feelings with Umika. Just maybe.

But for now, he is looking forward to tomorrow's rehearsal. He told himself he had to keep up his good performance so he would not let Umika down.
