Request got rejected?

I'll explain it here in detail why and the reason I have these conditions.

#1 STORY NOT PUBLISHED.

This should be self explenatory. Why would I waste my time making a cover for a non-existent story? It's just normal that before requesting, make sure that your story is published so I know that my efforts will be appreciated and used.

Also, if you're requesting in behalf of someone else.. I advice that you provide me the direct link to the story of your friend. I am not going to investigate your friend's profile and confirm everything.

#2 PRE-PAYMENT.

Yes, you can't have the cover for free. I need a down payment for the cover I am about to do. This also shows me how dedicated and serious you are in the request you made.I did this to, of course, make my book known and add stats to it.

This also reminds me that someone made a request by looking at my notification. I keep track of them. What is 15 votes if you can have a nice cover, right?

#3 100+ VIEWS.

Yes, your story must have at least 100+ reads. I need assurance that your story is on going and will continue. I made covers for authors in the past that had lesser views and then they decided to delete their story in a week after I gave them the cover.

It is frustrating and disheartening. So I decided to add it to my requirements. As a cover maker, I want my works to be out there and not be thrown away in an instant.

#4 COMPLETE FORM.

One thing I dont like are forms that's incomplete. It leads up to me asking questions and waiting for response. I've encountered incomplete forms and spent megazillion of my time and braincells making the cover work then the author tells me it's not what he/she wants or she wanted a different person for the cover.

  Also, UNFAMILIAR FORM is an insult. It shows me that you did not read my requirements and did not bother reading my form.   

#5 JUMP REQUESTING. Requesting from different shops.

I know if you're jump requesting. I visit your profile to view your book and look at your stats. So you don't have an excuse.

It's not nice to have your work compared to others and then get disregarded.

You must have the patience to wait.
