Ch.3 Wallabee Beetles
Betcha didn't see this one coming, ay? Lol anyways I'm working on a special chapter for a special person so yeah. Enjoy please!
Wally stomped out of the store and sat on the ground, taking a cigarette out and lighting it. Things have not been going well for poor Wallabee these days. First being kicked out of the army, then getting dumped by his cheating girlfriend and having no where to stay. To top it all off he just got fired from his job at the local grocery store. Things have not been well at all.
Though now he was staying with his parents back in his old home town, Townsville. Not a very cool name sure, but at least it was home. Wallabee sighed and got on his motorcycle and drove off towards his home. His parents wouldn't be happy about this that's for sure, but he would find a job and get back on his feet in no time. Or so he hoped.
Wally hopped off his bike and headed inside, to find his parents sitting on the couch and watching whatever show peaked their interest.
"You're home early love," His mother spoke calmly.
"Got fired," Wally mumbled before taking a seat on the recliner.
"Oh I'm so sorry sweetie," His mom cooed sadly. "Don't worry, we'll getcha fixed up!"
"Thanks mom, though I think I'm gonna head upstairs for a nap," Wally said getting up. "Wake me up if you guys need anything,"
"Wait Walls, a letter came in for you today!" His father spoke up and grabbing a weird looking envelope. "Here, it was on the porch when I went outside for the paper, gee you think they'd send a text or something,"
Wally chuckled and took the envelope from his father.
"Thanks dad, mom, see ya guys later."
And with that Wally went up the stairs and into his room. His brother Joey was still at school so he didn't bother locking his door. He sighed and plopped on his bed, exhausted. As much as he hated to admit it, he was a mess. He knew his parents wanted him out, but not because they didn't love him but because he was a grown ass man!
Wally growled and picked up the closest thing to him, the letter. He threw it against the wall only for it to hit the bed frame and ricochete off of it, hitting Wally on the head. He tore it open, aggravated and curious to know what it was.
Dear Wallabee Beetles,
We need your help with some very important buisness. This is not the military if that's what you're wondering, but an organization better than that. Due to a tradition, you have had your mind wiped out from any knowledge of this place. But now problems are spreading and we need the best team we've ever had. You are aware of the treehouse, for we didn't erase that. Come there 7:00 A.M. sharp.
Sincerely,
Shh that's a secret~
Wally was confused, and more so frustrated. What organization and how was his mind wiped or something? Wally immediately thought of the C.I.A. but he pushed that away. They wouldn't send weird notes, would they? So many questions littered his mind, but one stood out. Why the bloody treehouse?
Tell me whatcha guys think, or don't that's fine too or whatever. Anyways I have big plans for this story despite my other one "Blood Stained Heart"
Though oh well, I'll update this whenever I have the feeling to or whenever I am not busy. Don't expect updates one after the other, so beware of slow updates. And sorry for the grammer and spelling mistakes. I also couldn't find the real name for their town, so if anyone knows please tell me.
