Her ear piercing scream echoed through the entire house, she crumbled to the ground tears streaming down her face. Her heart felt like it was being crushed and burned, like someone was burning it with a hot poker then stepping on it.
Carlisle and Jasper were quick to see what was wrong with the girl. "What's wrong with her?" Jasper asked worried for his daughter. "The imprint, it's killing her. They've been away from each other for too long." Carlisle mumbled walking up to the fragile girl curled up in a ball.
He grabbed the garbage can that sat off to the side of the room, just in time for the girl to throw up blood. "Dad lea-" Jasper cut his daughter off, walking up to her and pulling her into his chest. "We're going home sweetheart." He said, his topaz eyes locking with his step fathers.
Paul felt a sudden wave of anger consume him, making him get up from the couch in Sam and Emily's home, and rushing outside before he phased. He growled, all he could see was red, but the burning and crushing feeling in his heart over took everything he felt.
It felt like a million years of undelt with problems threw themselves at him, leaving him to tumble to the ground, whining. With his wolf hearing he could hear five words that sent waves of unfamiliar emotions towards him,
"The Cullens are coming home."

The closer the family got to Seattle, Washington, the better Harley looked and felt. Her skin gradually became more tanned and her dull eyes becoming more lively. "There's our beautiful Harley." Emmett said smiling down at the girl he had grown to call his niece. Harley smiled up at her family, feeling giddy when the sign came up telling the passengers to buckle their seatbelts.
Harley practically skipped out of the airport, sighing when she welcomed the grey skies and cool air. "Get on my back kiddo." Emmett said bending down infront of his niece, she gladly got on her uncles large toned back, then the family was off, running through the near by forest all the way back to their home in Fork, Washington.
Harley quickly ran into the house she grew up in, everything looked the same making her nod in approval. She bounded up the stairs and threw her bedroom door open.
Everything was sat in it's place, she sauntered up to her bed running her fingers along the blue fabric of her comforter. She flopped down onto the bed, groaning when something laid hidden under the blankets and putting part of her back out of place. Rolling over, Harley dug under the blankets and found the one thing she thought she lost in Rio, a grey stuffed wolf.
Staring at it, Harley sat up and threw it back on the bed. "Where are you going?" Rosalie asked her niece when she ran past them. "To apologize!" She called, throwing the front door open and bolting into the woods that surrounds the family home.
It wasn't long before Harley ended up in the clearning she always use to meet Paul. "What are you doing here?" The familiar voice asked. She whipped around, her eyes landing on him. His perfectly chiseled jaw, his gorgeous russet skin, the deep brown orbs thats wandered her, as her own eyes wandered his perfectly toned body and broad shoulders.
"We had to come back," she said softly, feeling true happiness for the first time in months. "I'm sorry, I shouldn't be here." She said looking down at the leaf covered ground.
"Why are you here?" He asked, his voice rough and strained, he was trying so hard to not leap for joy and scoop her up in his arms just to feel her smooth silky skin. "My family needed to come back." She said, "No." Paul said, "Why are you here." He stressed.
"Because I need to apologize." She said quietly. Paul scoffed, "You're a few months too late." He snapped, turning to walk away.
"I don't know what an Imprint is Paul, but whatever it is, whatever you did to me. It was killing me. I was literally dying because I wasn't near you. That's why my family came home. I know you're mad, trust me, I am too. But I need answers too." Paul turned around, his eyes widened when he heard the word dying.
"I don't know what it is, but when I'm around you I feel whole, I feel safe and I feel loved. I tried to get over this feeling for the sake of moving on but I couldn't. I tried and tried and tried, but failed every time." Harley's large blue eyes locked with Paul's coffee brown eyes.
"It's you Paul, and by the sounds of it, its always going to be you."
