Weeks passed and everybody had to move on with their own lives after Dazais passing, some were a bit sad others had to except reality... And as for Chuuya... He spends his days drinking booze picking random fights with others so much so Kyokou had to step in, everybody in the mafia tried what they can to lift his spirit but none succeeded, now Chuuya was on top of the port mafias building, drinking endless bottles of wine as he reminds himself of the past...
Chuuya pov:

I still remember it like it just happened... 14 years ago... That very day... We made a promised... That no matter what we'll stand by each other's side... No matter what... And now 4 fucking years past... And I'm here while hes not... First he left the fucking mafia... Now this... Why the hell did he do this... To watch me suffer again? As if I didn't lost enough things in my life he thinks it's so amusing to pull this shit doesn't he?

As Chuuya sat there drinking Akutagawa then step up to the roof tops to inform him of the next mission, Akutagawa covers his mouth and coughs it's hard to tell if it's a natural cough or its from the smell of cigarettes in the air...

Akutagawa: Chuuya the boss requires our presence in his office, theres a important mission he wants to assign to us
Chuuya: tsk- tell him to screw off! I don't want to do anything right now...
Akutagawa: ... It's important and we have to collaborate with the agency once again... He advises you to get it together straight, we can't afford to be distracted on this mission
Chuuya: tch... That's rich coming from him...

Later Chuuya finally got himself clean up and steps into Mori's office there where he sees members of the agency and their leader standing together, the room was too quiet for both parties to endure

Kunikida: hmp took you long enough to get here...
Chuuya: whatever, what do you want? Why the hell are you bastards doing here?
Fukuzawa: I'll get to the point, ever sience the day of that incident occurd something has been striking around the globe, and the specific target in none other then the gifted... Unlike the previous incident with Fyodor this incident is... Different... Some gifted reported seeing a "giant dragon" in the sky and the next day they suddenly claim that their abilities were all gone...
