Well in LST episode we saw that nandini was in a unknown place and that was none other than MM mansion !!!

Vo tho manikji se shadi me sapne sajaye hove behti hogi par agar ...
Kahi mein unke beech mei tho nahi aagayi ?

(What I m gonna do is it correct ? Should I marry manikji but soha Dii(sister) what about her ? She ll break knowing about it she might have had so many dreams about her marriage with manikji did I come in between them ?)
