(13) SUCCEED
Everything has its right time to come up. Not only right way of approach but right time of approaching is also necessary for a successful talk. Now the question arises how will we recognize the right time, and the answer is right time gives indication to us on its own. All we need to do is understand that indication.
A perfect time for wiping out Prativindhya's confusion had arrived, and the chance was recognised by Subhadra very well.
That time was her marriage anniversary, the first marriage anniversary in his absence. Though Subhadra decided not to celebrate grandly yet she got lot of gifts and wishes from her family.
"Happy marriage anniversary, Choti maa!" Prativindhya wished with a gentle smile.
"Thank you, Prati. Do you remember our first meet?" Reciprocating him affectionately Subhadra made a way for him to visit the past.
"Of course, I do. You were glowing with the happiness your new family presented to you on that day," The shade of pleasant reminiscence mixed in the his smile.
"You are the first one to welcome me among your brothers. I remembered how lovingly I was reciprocated by you," She stated the fact holding the smile of same shade unlike him.
"That was my duty, Choti maa!" He spoke politely.
"Your mother was hurt over my arrival yet you chose to welcome the person whose arrival reasoned your mother's sadness!" Her statement had a purpose to fulfill.
"Welcoming you was ethical and favoured by my emotions even," Though he was surprised his tone was calm which was expected only from the son of great king Yudhishthir.
"That means ethics and your personal point of view were harmonious on that day, right? These two don't get along always, Prati. That was what happened exactly in case of dice game," She proceeded towards the fulfilment of her purpose.
"Did pitashri do wrong preferring to his personal point view in dice game? Was the philosophy of saving own dharma wrong?" It was the same question which had been bothering him without any break.
"Being personal in matter of greater demand is wrong. Though ethics and philosophy are interconnected they have their own influence over situation. These two are just subjects. None of the two has the strength of being sovereign in our decisions," She started explaining.
"Bhrata Yudhishthir was tricked to do wrong, but sadly this fact couldn't justify his act. We shouldn't allow anything to bind us even if it's our own dharm. Dharma is good till the time it keeps us connected to itself. It becomes a burden when it act like shackles," Her words were capable of wiping the blindness towards dharma for forever. That much affective the pace of her voice was!
"What should we chose when ethics and philosophy of our point of view gets clashed?" A little portion of dilemma was driving back him from being fully enlightened.
"We should chose humanity. It's the greatest value of life, and for its upliftment Lord Vishnu had incarnated himself numerous times," Her eyes shone in delight and devotion at the mention of Lord Vishnu.
"I am sorry, Choti maa. I didn't listen you when you came to talk to me that day. I didn't have any intention of being deaf ear to you, but I thought not to back out from dealing the issue on my own," Prativindhya apologized after being graced by realisation.
"I appreciate your warrior spirit. Remember a true warrior never hesitates from seeking right guidance. A true warrior is always open to both compliment and criticism," She patted on his head as a sign of encouragement.
"I will always remember your words," He promised with folded hands.
"I hope you won't miss your ethics and philosophy classes from now on," Her cheerful expression successfully earned a soft chuckle from him.
"After clearing my confusion I am ready to look upon the chances coming on my way. I hope I won't trouble you again, Choti maa!" An embarrassed look adored his face remembering his silliness of keeping everything up to him.
"You never did, Prati. Being sensible don't forget that you should create some sweet troubles for me which we would cherish together," She attempted to grab enjoyment of some more moment for him before he could indulge in his schedule with steer focus.
"I will try in this case, Choti maa!" Smiling heartily he leaned his head to her shoulder which she caressed gently.
No doubt, no illusion can stand against the name of Lord Vishnu. This fact was relived again by Subhadra who none other than Maya of Lord Vishnu himself.
