We don't fight demons with fists but beat them with lyrics
-Kim Namjoon-

Most of the windows were dark at Hybe headquarters but few single windows glowed with faint lights, indicating some live in the building. Hybe was asleep except him. It was late almost 1h05 am where the rapline was still busy in their studios working on song and producer selection for the new subsidiary agency that will debut their highly anticipated three-member girl group, Solux.

The HYBE producers had already few new fresh upcoming producers in line to join the team to complete Solux debut album.

Namjoon lean back on his leader chair , the glow of the monitors were casting shadows on his weary face. The room was a little chilly due to the aircon even if it was in the height if summer season.

A strange email in his inbox caught his attention immediately. The unfamiliar file blink on his screen. There was no subject, no name just a plain attachment

"ECLIPSE-V2 .wav - For SOLUX Debut ( confidential)
Namjoon furrowed his brows as he looked perplexed at the attachment. It wasn't a virus as he made sure to install the best malware software on the market.

"Pdogg didn't mentioned this" , Namjoon muttered.

Namjoon bit his lip as he was contemplating in opening the file. A chill run up his spine as he opened the attachment against his better judgement.

A slow haunting melody emits from the speakers. It has a metallic beats meshed with angelic vocals. It was a multi-layerd tune, seductive and also ethereal. Some deep korean phrase with some secretive nuances. The bridge of the chorus made Namjoon eyes narrowed a bit something about it reverberate strangely in the air, he feels it in his guts but he just cant place it.

Namjoon sat transfix,"Wow! ...this isn't just music."

Suddenly the door creaked open. Jhope head peeked through, he seems tired," Are you still here Joon.
his eyes widen when he saw Namjoon eyes with a strange glint in it.

Jhope entered fully and close the door,"You looked like you've seen something weird."

Namjoon smile a little,"I think I have."

Scene 2: Meetings with Masks

Producers conference room.

Days later the file was spreading throughout the producers inboxes. Pdogg wanted to lnuw who the composer was, but nobody knew until the new agency immediately hired the mysterious producer. Kang Jiseok. His comprehensive CV mysteriously landed on the new agency's CEO desk.

They were all astouned and met at a latenight producers review, in the producers conference room, all the HYBE producers were sitting and discussing songs, lyrics of few demo tapes from aspiring producers. They wanted something catchy that will place the new girl group on the global map.

Pdogg was showing presentation slides that included the album layout, the songs, and the producers being considered for the final song selection. He looked filled with renewed energy as if he had won the lottery.

Pdogg grinned with visible elation, "When Namjoon forwarded me this song, I was blown away. The producer called me this morning; his name is Kang Jiseok. The song is unreal. At first I thought it was for BTS's comeback, but it was way too different from Bangtan style, but 'Eclipse' is the perfect song for the first debut single of SOLUX. It fits the girls ranges so beautifully, and Aera, as the lead vocalist, will be able to reach all those notes. It will be a guaranteed hit."

Zico smiled. "Of course. I've listened to the song. It's powerful and fits SOLUX's otherworldly concept."

Slow Rabbit nodded and wrote something in his notebook. "I think Kang Jiseok is a rare talent. And for someone who nobody knew in the industry. He is a catch. I'm glad he reached out to us first.'

Yoongi nodded, biting on the back of his pen. "Strange, nobody noticed his talent. This demo ...is explosive."

Pdogg chuckled gleefully as he was talking candidly with the other senior in-house composers and sound engineers who will also be part of the debut album.

Namjoon turned quietly at his hyungs Yoongi and J-Hope, who caught his unsettled gaze; he turned his head back to Pdogg, who looked like a Cheshire cat. "It's good...but a little...different."

Yoongi looked up from his phone and whispered, "You're worried about that verse..."

Namjoon looked surprised at Yoongi. "You...you notice it too." He whispered back.

Yoongi slowly turned his head and nodded. "Some of the ancient language was a bit too weird. I didn't understand a word, but it just didn't sit right with me."

J-Hope whispered, "But it seemed that Hybe already gave the go-ahead, and the CEO of Atelier already hired him, and he's going to work directly with SOLUX in perfecting the rest of the album."

Yoongi snorts, "He's so lucky to have a wonderful song just at the right time. We need a catchy debut song. We are done with the second title track single..."Moonshine."

J-Hope smiles. "Now that is a fantastic song after the teaser song. SOLUX is almost done with Moonshine's MV shoot."

Yoongi looked a little sour. "We work weeks on Moonshine even with international producers. But Pdogg loved Eclipse and wanted it to be their debut song. It's just...so hypnotic. I saw the producers when they only listened to the first beat. They were transfixed and flabbergasted. They immediately chose it as the debut song."

Namjoon nodded in agreement. "Even the vocal team felt out of depth with some of the verses, but it didn't affect us. The lyrics aren't groundbreaking, but the song melody will definitely resonate with the teens and young adults."

Yoongi whispered, "We need to keep an eye on everything. I don't feel comfortable with the new producer. His presence made me uneasy."

The rapline was sitting at the end of the table; just then the glass doors opened and two smiling producers entered. Which one is Jiseok? The rapline looked at his almost smug face with clear apprehension.

Pdogg clapped his hand gleefully," Kang Jiseok, welcome. Let me introduce you to the rest of the team who will collaborate on the album."

Kang Jiseok smirked as he bowed 90° to the team and with deep humility uttered, "Thank you so much for believing in me. It's such an honor to be part of the most revered producers in K-pop. And coming from a tiny underground label made me believe that all things are possible." He smiled, but the rapline noticed his jovial, cordial smile didn't reach his eyes.

Yoongi smiled but said dryly, "You're welcome, Kang Jiseok. We believe in music."

Namjoon smiles and bows. "So you're the sole genius behind the insanely excellent track Eclipse. Wow!"

Jiseok smiles politely, still very humble, but the rap line notices a faint glint in his eyes. "It was just a lucky tune I was working on for eight months but was waiting for the right group. I wanted to send it to some pre-debut groups, but something just told me to hold on for the right group. But I'm glad I waited, and now SOLUX can debut with it. I'm so honored to be in your midst."

Namjoon nodded as he studied him. He was neat, very tall and lanky with messy orange Japanese-styled hair that almost reached his shoulders; the tips were dyed purple and navy blue. He was charismatic, with an air of humility and a little insecurity, but Namjoon just smiled softly because he felt that something was off in his demeanor. His obsidian dark eyes were cold and still behind his dark tinted glasses, especially when he smiled warmly.

.

J

iseok grinned, unaware of the calculating eyes of the rap line that tried to read him. I'll be working close with you for SOLUX's debut, producer to producer."

Yoongi smirked as Namjoon nodded, "Looking forward to it," as he replied with a straight, unreadable face. The unease in him pulled on his gut.

Scene 3: Late-Night Romance

Setting: The rooftop meeting

A week later, after an intense session in the studio, Namjoon looked relieved. SOLUX was in the studio to record and work on the MV of their debut track, Eclipse. Everyone was mesmerized by the well-mannered and soft-spoken new producer. His charm made everyone just fall for him. He was working solo with the girls with one of his co-assistants. SOLUX only had high praise for Kang Jiseok's work ethic and his gentlemanly persona that made them feel safe and comfortable. They were entranced by their new debut song.

Soft laughter and giggles echo on the rooftop walls where Zehura leaned against the railing; her straight platinum blond hair was shimmering in the moonlight. Namjoon stood behind her, arms wrapped around her waist as his face looked down on hers. They were kissing each other slowly but with passion.

Zehura turned and looked up into his loving and affectionate eyes. Namjoon was so tall that she needed to stand on her tippy toes to kiss him. "Joonie-oppa, do you think it's okay for us to meet like this? Isn't it too risky? We don't want them to find out about us?" She asked softly, but a concerned tone was on her lips.

Namjoon smirked as he pulled her tightly against him, almost holding her from the ground. "With the chaos in the K-pop industry, the hate and backlashes, I'll do it again. Hura, you are my safe place...my home."

She smirked as her arms snaked around his shoulders as their lips met. It was their quiet moment away from the K-pop frenzy. Namjoon and Zehura were in their own world as they kissed each other with unbridled passion. They were both breathless when their lips parted.

Zehura chuckled breathlessly against his lips, "We're lucky no one comes here after 11 pm."

Namjoon grinned. "Except you and...me."

Zehura smiled, softly but secretively. They'd met in a Seoul art museum three months ago when she came from Poland. A girl from a very wealthy Powkowski legacy in Wilanów, Warsaw. Her parents are from old money; her mom is a Polish tech business tycoon, and her dad is a Korean cosmetic brand owner.

They were two strangers with curiosity. She had an idea of BTS, the global boy group, but she never was a big Stan. Meeting the leader of Bangtan was exhilarating, and she saw him just as a very intelligent, thoughtful art lover like her.

They connected instantly as he asked her out for a secret coffee date. She never pried into his BTS life, and he never asked about the beautiful jade and silver pendant she wore every day. It was a gift from her late Korean grandmother. She wanted to explore her father's home country, as she got a post as manager at a new Hybe agency, Atelier, to help manage a new pre-debut group, Solux.

With her Namjoon felt human, but he wants to protect what he has with her. She was his sweet secret but also his calm place.

His lips met hers again in a sweet embrace; afterward, he just stood with her in a warm embrace. But then Namjoon's eyes narrowed. A few steps below, among thick greenery at the far side of the roof, Namjoon saw a neon pink light shimmer unnaturally through the thick plants. Every nerve in his body was alert.

His heart was racing fast; something was eerily off. He quietly stepped back with Zehura in his arms. The abrupt shift in his body and demeanor made Zehura look alarmed, but Namjoon gestured to her to be quiet as they silently moved to the exit.

"Zehura, quickly go downstairs. Quietly. Don't ask why." He quickly kissed her forehead and steered her to the huge glass doors. She nodded and waved to him, looking a little worried, but quickly disappeared inside and walked down the stairwell.

Namjoon smiled, but she could see he was nervous. "Go, I want to see what it was..."

Namjoon stealthily crouches as he moves quietly to the huge greenery. Huge potted plants as decor for the rooftop relaxing area. He quietly moves the thick green leaves to see where the pink light comes from.

His breath hitched in his throat.

From his view he could clearly see a person in leather clothing standing at the far dark side of the rooftop. Clearly concealed by the darkness. But Namjoon's body froze in shock.

It was Kang Jiseok, the new producer.

He was standing looking up in the sky. A deep pink neon light surrounded him. He stood alone. But he was not the timid, humble, and polite man he came to know, but this was something different. His whole persona changed.

What Namjoon beholds ignites an age-old fear inside of him.

Jiseok was laughing maniacally into the sky. His eyes turned bright yellow, and when he lifted up his arms, Namjoon could see deep purple markings on his arms. It was unmistakable violet runes.

Namjoon's heart almost dropped cold as he blinked twice, making sure what he saw was real. He crouched down lower so that he could hear better. The roof floor on Jiseok's side was a few steps lower, and Namjoon could see him clearly as he peeked down.

His voice sounds unnatural in the cool summer night.

"I know you are listening, Gwi-ma. Our plan is in motion. They believe it's just a song..." Jiseok laughed loudly as he looked unto the neon pink sky. "Eclipse has been chosen among hundreds of songs. The phantom verse is laced with Old Tongue. OLUX will sing the verse, and every K-pop fan will be your buffet. You and my siblings will feed. Idol worship is the perfect bait. The idiot will not know what hit them. Gwi-ma will rise again." He hissed.

Then he started to laugh uncontrollably louder until a crack of thunder was heard across the sky. Neon blue lighting ignited the sky.

Namjoon felt a cold shiver entering his body. Gwi-ma—that name burned a hole in his memory. as he quietly crouched back to the entrance.

His fate just changed.

Kang Jiseok's smirk widened as he noticed a silent movement toward the glass doors.

Nothing will stop them now.

The earth above will be their home. The portal is just waiting to be opened, and the cute, talented SOLUX will be the ones to introduce the underworld to the earth, fools.

✨️🌕✨️🌕✨️

Scene 4: The Revelation

Settings. Namjoons penthouse

Early the next morning at 6am, the SOLUX debut teaser of Eclipse dropped. Namjoon was still at home in his penthouse. Zehura, who had spent the night with him, had long since left for the headquarters with her small black Kia.

Namjoon was already awake when he received the notification. Yoongi and J-Hope sent him a message to not forget to watch the teaser for Eclipse.

Namjoon was just finishing his dressing. He was shocked when he opened his giant monitor and logged on. The teaser was explosive. The girls' concept was based on the celestial themes of "Darkness and Light," which correspond to both underworld and heavenly motifs. It was explosive.

One verse...that sums up the magnitude. The teaser starts off with a black screen that suddenly turns into purple-violet smoke effects, and the Solux logo shoots out in a powerful transition. What was so riveting and mesmerizing was the transition into three sets of eyes of the SOLUX members. The members of SOLUX have bright yellow eyes, long black lashes, and dark, silvery purple eyeshadow. Namjoon was shaken by the sight of purple runes decorated on the hands of the SOLUX members, whose fingers were adorned with Gothic silver rings and long shiny black talon-like nails that moved over their faces.

Then a haunting sound emerges with the punch line in Aeras's husky and sensual tone.

'Worship my name...echo my flame.'

It was not only seductive but also ritualistic. This concealed fanchant will lead fans into worship and obsession.

Jiseok used the dark aesthetics for their debut track, titled "Eclipse." The second single will be their light aesthetic: Moonshine.

Namjoon almost dropped his coffee mug where he sat behind his desktop monitor in his private office.

'Oh my gosh! This is...worse than I thought." He stammers it out

The Eclipse teaser dropped with a bomb: a staggering 30 million views in a minute.

The Revelation was deafening.

Namjoon couldn't wait to get to the rapline at the studio.

He couldn't believe it as he drove; huge moving advertising boards were showcasing the teaser. It wasn't even the official MV that would drop the next day. People were all walking glued to their phones. They looked mesmerized and transfixed. Namjoon knew it was too unnatural.

No teaser from a debut group garnered 30 million views in five minutes and counting.

When he reached the headquarters, the excitement was palpable among the staff and other idols who were shocked that SOLUX was an instant success not only with the general locals but also with the netizens.

By the time Namjoon reached the Genius Lab, the Eclipse teaser had reached a record 350 million views in just an hour. The internet was in meltdown. That one verse caused a chain reaction. People were chanting it, totally obsessed with main vocalist Aeras's seductive and hauntingly beautiful voice. People were streaming like obsessive worshippers. Other fandoms started to notice SOLUX, and every second person was sharing the teaser with friends and family, even online.

SOLUX was an instant hit, and they instantly gained their fans, whom Atelier released immediately and introduced as SOLARS, the new fandom name, on every official platform. A fansite website for Solars was established already with fan registration. By noon there were already 600 000 fans registered.

The nation was obsessed...with a teaser.

✨️🌕✨️🌕✨️

In Yoongi's Genius studio

"What the hell do you mean the song is cursed?" Yoongi whisper-yelled; his voice was sharp.

Namjoon shook his head perplexed as he paced across the private studio.

"Guys, remember the verse that didn't sit right with us...it's definitely cursed. I heard Jiseok. He must've been a plant of Gwi-ma. They are going to use SOLUX's debut song to make the fans obsessed, but it will ignite the portal to the underworld when they perform that song live."

J-Hope rubbed his temples." We've heard legends. Demons can feed on obsession, especially through sound. People are unknowingly chanting, 'Worship my name...echo my flame.' It's like a magical chant...opening the fans souls for capture. This...this is a war cry." He suddenly looked distressed.

Yoongi looked perplexed. "But...but why aren't we affected by the teaser like the rest of the world right now?"

A light entered Namjoon's eyes as he paused in the middle of the room." Guys ...we're immune, because we're not just idols—"

J-Hope nodded and softly added, "...we're demon hunters."

✨️🌕✨️🌕✨️

Scene 5: Working against the clock

The rapline was asking around for Kang Jiseok, but according to his agency, Atelier...he had to leave Seoul to go to Osaka, his hometown. His mom was just admitted into the hospital. Apparently the success of her son was too overwhelming, and she got a heart attack. He hadn't seen his family for months. He humbly asked for at least three weeks leave from Atelier, and because of SOLUX's massive debut, they let him go. He was the one who brought that to their company.

The rapline was frantic because they couldn't do anything. They secretly have a meeting with BangPd, who is their hunter leader. They don't know what the plans of Gwi-ma are and how he will execute them.

That week was the most rewarding, exhilarating, and highly anticipated week. When the official MV drops the next day.

The Solar fandom reached a record number of 1.5 million in registration.

SOLUX_Eclipse trended worldwide. All fan accounts were filled with praises from some of the most popular fandoms: ARMYs, Carats, Blinks, Mys, Onces, VIPs, Stays, etc. Some fans switched to become either full-blown Solars or multi-stans. But not one person who listened to the Eclipse song remained the same. Solux matches were sold out. Posters of SOLUX were everywhere. Popular brands fought each other to sign the girls for global ambassadorship.

Their appeal was massive. Eclipse was played on loop. Their streams on Spotify reached over 1 billion in two weeks. Eclipse climbed the charts as an athlete. At the end of week two, Eclipse reached an all-kill on all Asian and Billboard charts. The girls were praised for their duality and innocent beauty, yet they were fierce and dangerous in their MV.

SOLUX appeared on all variety and entertainment news programs for interviews. The world was in love.

The verse :Worship my name...echo my flame.' It became like a slogan.

But the rapline knew they were enchanted.

SOLUX was extremely popular. At week two the girls took away 15 music show awards, which was a record-breaking set of records. They were invited on music shows, but Atelier, under the command of their head producer Kang Jiseok, did not let them perform live on any show. He wants to build anticipation because SOLUX was the first rookie group who was invited to perform at the KBS Summer Song Festival.

Their second single that depicts Light will unexpectedly drop on the festival day as SOLUX will sing their newly released song.

Solars were so excited because the new light stick Saturn ball was introduced. It was sold out in minutes.

Hybe was celebrating.

The rapline knew something was off and brewing.

But the rapline kept their findings secret not to alert Kang Jiseok, who was still missing in action. Namjoon knew he was back to the underworld to go and strategize.

Namjoon was adamant about stopping the plans of evil as he got the best idea while Kang Jiseok was out of sight.

SOLUX was commissioned to Namjoon's studio...

✨️🌕✨️🌕✨️

Scene 6:The Festival the D-Day

The Seoul K-Festival dome was adorned with light. Anticipation was flaring up. There were 90 000 screaming fans. An aurora ocean of colored lightsticks, each representing a different fandom. Two acts have already been performed. The highly popular girl group Twice and boy group Enhypen were first with explosive performances.

The BTS rapline was seated in the top VIP booths with some managers from SOLUX, which included Zehura, who got the day off after a hectic three weeks of duty with the girls. Photoshoots, studio time, costume fittings, and rehearsals. She and Namjoon were gazing secretly at each other. Ateliers management was not only local but also consistent with international staff stylists, makeup artists, bodyguards, and managers.

Then the most anticipated moment everyone was waiting for came. The secret live performance. Never been performed on a debut stage. The festival stage became their first debut stage.

SOLUX step onto the stage in their most trendy outfits. They were clothed in dark aesthetics. Purple, black, and blue. Aera, So-hee, and Yerin looked fierce and hot. The vocalists were dressed in short purple leather mini skirts, one in shorts, and one in tight leather pants, with different-styled black mesh and silk crop tops, with silver chains, lace gloves with cut-off tips, and fingers full of Gothic rings. Black diamond and chain belts. Their hair was in trendy styles; Aera's light purple hair was wild, So-hee was in spikes, and Yerin's was in wild curls.

The stage was dim, with reddish smoke emanating from the stage. Huge LED screens shot out the girls logo: Solux

The rapper knew something had shifted.

The lights dimmed.

But when the SOLUX trio—Yerin, Aera, and So-hee—stood in a triangle on stage ready to 'kill,'

The crows scream at the top of their lungs. Suddenly the whole arena was covered in a violet ocean.

The crowd roared:

SOLUX!!! SOLUX!!! SOLUX!!!

Namjoon was sitting in the VIP box beside the rapline, whose faces were unreadable but whose hearts were racing. His eyes flicker to his girlfriend, Zehura, who quietly sat two rows behind them next to another older manager. She discreetly winks at him. Her face was flustered with affection for the handsome producer/rapper.

Namjoon just smirks, but his mind is reeling. He anticipated the showdown.

Yoongi leaned in. "They haven't even sung yet, and people are losing their minds."

Then the music began. The soft, hauntingly familiar beat became.

Then the beat of Eclipse drops.

SOLUX was mesmerizing as they began to sing. Their choreography, steps, and facial movement were on point but robotic. But when the chorus dropped, SOLUX's eyes became vacant and started to glow faintly in the light, and the screams of the fans turned into worship. Phones drop from hands; faces and jaws become slackened. Some fans trembled. They become zombified. The viewers and fans at home froze midway, mesmerized.

The whole arena started to chant the chorus on repeat.

🎶'Worship my name...echo my flame.' 🎶

Suddenly the fan's eyes turned into pale neon blue irises.

The rapline jumped up and looked perplexed around.

Yoongi gasped, shocked, as J-Hope looked godsmacked. "Their...their eyes...they're glowing!"

J-Hope looked shook because the arena turned into a worship chant; all the light sticks were violet.

"They're not singing... or screaming, but they are chanting," J-Hope noticed with wide, awestruck eyes.

Yoongi shook his head. "This isn't right..." He leaned down the balcony as he saw something strange.

Then suddenly the whole arena went still...screams then erupted, not of excitement but of pain. SOLUX is still singing the chorus on loop. The sky darkened and became violet.

In the VIP booth, bodies started to twitch. One...two...three managers and bodyguards started to drop lifeless next to Zehura in the limo.

When the most famous verse hit...the arena turned silent.

J-Hope's eyes widened when he saw a huge portal in the middle of the stage started to open like billowing reddish smoke. Purple, hairless creatures were scurrying out of the portal like a termite infestation. They were jumping on the fans, sucking out their life force.

Namjoon and the rapline stood frozen, but a movement behind him caught his attention.

Zehura slowly stood up; her eyes had turned a blazing purple, and the tone of her voice was distorted. Her body turned to the shocked rapline.

"You fools. You have lost the battle. Gwi-ma has risen, and the feast has begun. You were always doomed, Namjoon." Her mouth was distorted into an evil smirk. Her once sweet voice turned into distortion. Her platinum blonde hair was turning purple and was swirling around her head.

Namjoon's world crashed that moment. His love was possessed by a demon.

The Rap Line, J-Hope and Yoongi, watched in awe at the color that drained from Namjoon's face as he watched with devastation at the stunning SOLUX manager.

'Zehura..." Namjoon's voice cracked, broken as he whispered her name.

She grinned maniacally, her beautiful clear lime green eyes, which he adored so much, turned into a burning purple flame.

"Oh Namjoon...your deep love and devotion for her made her so useful. She is the willing sacrifice."

Suddenly more portals open like a link to the underworld, and as the song chants, demons surge through every portal hole. The fans souls were yanked upwards; they were starting to scream in pain, some writhing on the floor in their seats as their souls left their bodies. A fan was ripped in two by a demon. But they were still chanting through pain, possessed by Eclipse.

Namjoon gritted his teeth. "Set her free now!" He yells, but Zehura, who was possessed by the mighty Gwi-ma, just taunted him, looking mockingly but seductively at Namjoon.

"You can't do anything, hunter...you all are at my mercy. We are going to rule the earth. Every soul will be mine...they are all doomed to hell." The laughter became louder as Namjoon felt a red-hot energy surge through his body. Fury and the desire to destroy.

Zehura, now possessed by the evil Gwi-ma, started to levitate and turned into red smoke, and with a terrifying shriek, she vanished into thin air, leaving the rapline shocked and frozen.

Namjoon's breath hitched.

"Nooo!" He screamed, She's escaping!"

Yoongi's and Hobi's eyes widen at Namjoon's clear distress.

Suddenly he saw how Yoongi's body glows, and so did his and J-Hope's. Powerful celestial weapons started to manifest from within them.

Weapons glowing in ancient descriptions started to shimmer in their hands. Two ancient twin luminous swords in Namjoon's, a,

J-Hope with blazing sickles and Yoongi with sharp jagged daggers.

Namjoon ordered, "You two clear the stadium. Don't let the fans die. Protect them. I'm going after Gwi-ma!"

Demons multiplied in numbers as they ripped through the stadium arena; they were clawing at the dazed fans.

Yoongi looked fierce as he stared at J-Hope. "They arrived...let's fight."

The two of them jumped over the railings and started to fight the demons. They were filled with energy stirred up by fury.

Namjoon already dashed out as he disappeared into the dark backstage halls. SOLUX was singing the chorus of Eclipse of Loop. They were dancing, but in a trance.

✨️🌕✨️🌕✨️

Scene: 6 Train to Destruction

Namjoon's inner hunter mode was activated as he tracked Gwi-ma on a fast-moving train of Seoul's underworld rails.

He and Gwi-ma were alone inside.

"You love her," the demon said from Zehuras's mouth, the voice husky but seductive and deep. "Wouldn't you slay her or save her?"

Namjoon's hand started to shake as he lifted the shimmering blade. "She's not gone. She is still inside...let her go!!"

Then suddenly Gwi-ma in Zehura's body smirked, and her eyes became misty with the same loving, affectionate expression that Zehura gave him when he held her closely in his arms, loving her.

A soft voice suddenly reached his ears: "Joonie...please don't let me die. I love you..."

Namjoon froze.

Then the voice changes into a mocking tone. "Choose. Me or her."

Namjoon inhaled deeply. Love or duty. He has to make a choice. If he kills Gwi-ma, Zehura will die.

"She's mine now; give up, Namjoon. Sacrifice your duty, and I might spare her." The voice was cold.

Namjoon's hands shook as his heart stood conflicted. "Zehura..."

That slight hesitation costs Namjoon, and then Gwi-ma strikes.

Gwi-ma sneers as he uses Zehura's body as a marionette, her face twisted and eyes blazing. With one powerful force, Gwi-ma power blasted him with one powerful force through the window;he rolled on the gravel outside, his shoulder tearing through in searing pain.

Red smoke and sparks swirl around. His shoulder was dislocated, and blood was seeping from his mouth, but still he was alive.

The train disappears in a cloud of smoke. Namjoon found his way back to the stadium. The streets were in chaos; demons were feeding and yanking souls from the unsuspecting people. The street near the arena was empty as Namjoon found his way back. He was fly jumping on skyscrapers and roofs in record time. Most of the people were pulled by a magnetic force toward the stadium.

When Namjoon reached the stadium, he found the rap line in the sound booth fighting off wave after wave of purple and color-coded demons. J-Hope sliced through a three-horned demon as he vanished into thin air.

Yoongi looked tired as he panted; he looked wide-eyed as Namjoon stumbled limping into the sound booth clutching his shoulder, looking all bloody and with disheveled hair. Jhopec was fighting the last demons inside the booth.

Yoongi signed, "The booth is soundproof."

Namjoon coughs! As he walked toward the sound equipment, he said, "Play Moonshine. In full blast!"

Yoongi didn't hesitate. That was their secret project.

As Moonshine echoed through the stadium speakers, the atmosphere changed as the air cracked with silver light. SOLUX, in their mid-performance trance, paused. Their eyes flickered, and they looked confused. But then Yoongi's voice echoed throughoutthe arena.

"SING WITH IT! Yoongi shouted.

SOLUX started to follow Yoongi's lead, blending their vocals with his rap. His rapping skills flew like holy fire. They were singing the ethereal song. The words resonated throughout the arena.

🎶Your shadow is not the end...where stars begin.🎶

It's the verse that will break the incantation curse.

But it wasn't over...

Moonshine was playing in full force as Yoongi rapped in between.

Aera was clutching her head, and Yerin screamed on top of her lungs as So-hee collapsed like a rag doll. Suddenly the fans bodies perked upright, and their neon white eyes returned to normal. The screams were joyful; there were gasps of disbelief as the souls snapped back into bodies. The fans look disoriented as they blink around.

The lights burst through the stadium.

The rapline runs out of the booth toward the stage as they behold a huge bellowing red cloud of smoke.

✨️🌕✨️🌕✨️

Scene 7:Sound VS Spell

Suddenly Gwi-ma rises from the stage. He was surrounded by smoke, blood, and fire. His huge empty eyes were hollowed; he was searing in pain.

"You dare defy me?!" He growled.

Suddenly a figure appeared behind the rapline, who were facing the king of demons.

"You found out; how interesting. Changing the verse at the last minute. But boys...we're getting stronger." It was the smug voice of Jiseok. The rapline looked at him with disgust.

"We're always a step ahead, demon!" Yoongi snarled, We are BTS...we don't just drop bars...we drop filthy demons."

Together the rapline charged and fought Jiseok in his demon form.

Moonshine was still playing as more fans awakened and demons vanished. J-Hope, with one movement, sliced through Jiseok until he vanished. A thick mist overshadows the stage.

SOLUX started to get their bearings back; Aera helped So-hee up as Namjoon screamed at them to sing the verse unordered to get rid once and for all of Gwi-ma. SOLUX, still a little confused, started to sing the final bridge of Moonshine in pure harmony.

As they sang, Gwi-ma started to scream in agony as the notes pierced through his body. The screams were deafening before he was expelled from Zehuras's body in a swirl of black and red smoke. Zehura's body fell like a rag doll on the stage in a heap. Surrounded by black-red smoke.

The crowd, now fully awakened, stood dazed and in awe, some trembling and some sobbing.

SOLUX paused as they blinked, fully aware of something ominous with them on stage. As the smoke surrounded the girl, they collapsed down like rag dolls. Gwi-ma was now fully manifesting in a huge humanoid form; he was immersed in a black cloak, his eyes blazing purple.

"You just delayed me...but not for long," he growled.

Namjoon, Hobi, and Yoongi jumped over the barricades in front of the stage and, with their weapons, charged at Gwi-ma.

"NOW!" Namjoon shouted, "Let's drive him back."

Demons rush up the stage to protect Gwi-ma, but the rapline with their shimmering blades fought through the swarm of demons. Blades illuminating in the dark arena. Namjoon cut through the demons as he rushed up to the stage. His blades were dark blue as he killed in his wake. With every demon kill, darkness started to evaporate in the air.

Gwi-ma was furious as he saw the silver lining that was busily igniting the sky.

Namjoon hissed, his blades stretched out to Gwi-ma, Where is Zehura!" He demanded. His voice was raw with emotion.

Gwi-ma just laughed, a deep ominous sound, "Gone. She was mine the moment you kissed her. I knew she was your weakness...the woman you would fight me for and die for. Pathetic!"

Suddenly Gwi-ma stretched out a huge black clawed hand and pulled Namjoon by the neck and levitated him. Namjoon was wincing as the clawed hand tightened around his neck midair.

Then Namjoon growled it out, "Then I'll pull her free myself."

And with that, Namjoon's eyes blazed neon white, but they were filled with fire. He broke free and rolled on the stage, grabbing his swords, and with one final war cry, he sliced through Gwi-ma's chest. The demon roared, screaming in pure agony, and then convulsed. His wound filled up with black smoke until he evaporated, screaming with all the lesser demons.

Then ...there was silence.

Scene: 8. The aftermath

When the smoke cleared, SOLUX had collapsed on the floor. Technicians, stage managers, and security woke from their trance. The audience was still standing, but what was so strange? In their confusing stare, they started to cheer as if the strange phenomenon was part of the show.

The stage lights returned to their normal hue. The massive screens flickered back to the SOLUX group logo, as if nothing had happened. In the center of the now white stage, smoke from the special effects SOLUX arises, fully aware.

At the back of the stage, Zehura's body lay lifeless, curled like a fetus. Namjoon and the rest of the rap line rush to her as he drops on his knees in front of her. The three of them quickly moved through backstage to the awaiting van; Namjoon carried Zehura through the thick smoke.

The fans were again filled with cheers as SOLUX sang an encore of Moonshine, the light burst through the dark arena, and elation followed the rapline.

In the van, in the back seat, Namjoon was seated with Zehura in his arms, perplexing his hyungs with his affectionate care for the new manager.

"Zehura," he whispered, brushing her platinum hair from her pale face.

Her lime green irises fluttered open. She gasped, then burst into sobs, throwing herself into Namjoon's arms. "I...I tried to stop it...Joonie. I didn't mean to hurt you. I'm so sorry."

Namjoon smiled, still trying to conceal his discomfort from his painful shoulder.

He pulled her tightly into him. "As long as you came back to me. That's all that matters. "

'I love you... I thought I lost you," she whispers into his neck.

"I love you too, Zehura," he whispered, and then he kissed her full on the lips till she fell back into a contented sleep.

Yoongi's jaw dropped, and J-Hope's eyes widened in the front seats.

J-Hope blinked. "Wait. What?"

Namjoon looked sheepishly at his flabbergasted hyungs. They still looked disheveled from the fights. 'I love Zehura."

J-Hope looked shocked. "So you're dating the SOLUX manager all the time. She was the one who made you smile."

Yoongi shook his head. "I wonder if I need to charge you for what I just witnessed."

J-Hope just stared at them as he was watching a K-drama. "This was so...unexpected."

Namjoon smirks, "I'll tell you all about our meeting..."

Scene 9: HYBE Studios

"Namjoon...?"

His name felt as if someone called him from an underwater dream. Namjoon's eyes flutter open as he jolts upright. An intern stands before him, holding a yellow mail folder.

"Everything okay?" She asked, smiling sweetly.

Namjoon furrowed his brows as he looked in front of his huge computer screen. It was frozen on the title: Kpop Demon Hunters—a popular Netflix anime that took the world by storm. He recalled that Jungkook recommended it, and he was listening to the opening theme of Saja Boys—Soda Pop. It was so addictive.

Namjoon blinks as he wipes over his face. It was almost 9pm at night. He turned and looked at the item, but then his eyes widened...

She smiled and shyly asked, "Are you really okay?"

Namjoon rubbed again over his tired face. "Yeah, I'm okay.... I think I just came out of a weird dream."

Namjoon looked flabbergasted. It's so surreal.

Then he looked at the jade pendant around her neck...it's so familiar.

She grins as she tilts her head. "I understand. I'm Zehura Powkowski ...a trainee manager at Atelier for a new pre-debut girl group. This was my first day." Her sleek platinum blonde hair was in a high ponytail.

"Oh, please to meet you." He smirked into her flushed face; her clear lime-green eyes met his shyly. She had to scold herself for not falling deeper for his dimples and those dragon eyes. He was truly a very alluring, sexy guy.

She cleared her throat, a little embarrassed. "Er...Pdogg wants you to go through the lists of producers who will be working with our new girl group, SOLUX. He wants you to look them up and choose the songs... I'll be going then. Do you need me to do anything for you?"

Namjoon smiled widely. "Bring me two boxes of hot ramyeon noodles...and I would love your company."

She giggled softly, nodded, and walked out with a blushing face.

Namjoon smirks. "Fate can be so funny," he murmurs to himself.

Namjoon opened the Manila folder. They were a list of ten producers after most were eliminated. Namhoon scanned the list of producers.

Then he froze.

Is this a joke? No way.

He read the name: Producer Kang Jiseok, Song Eclipse V2.

A chill ran up his spine.

Namjoon grabbed a thick red marker and drew a thick red line over his name.

"Not on my watch, Demon." He muttered, leaning back on his leather seat.

Just in case the dream was more than a dream.
