I had no idea what to dress as that morning. I texted my friends, asking them what they were wearing tomorrow. I expected them to respond, but I got absolutely no response, not even a "idk". I also woke up later than usual that morning because, while my mom normally wakes us up, she didn't have school that day (or the next day, spoiler) so she didn't wake up early. Instead my dad woke us up, but whenever he wakes us up, he just turns on a light and pokes the person's feet until they move. Instead of waking up at 6:00, I woke up at 6:20. On top of trying to think of what to wear, I also had to pack practice clothes for band. I barely thought of an idea within a reasonable time. It was maybe 6:45 ish. Last year for Halloween I dressed as a ladybug, because I knew there was still a pair of ladybug wings from an actual ladybug costume that I outgrew years ago. So I wore basically the same thing as the costume: black shirt and leggings, ladybug hat, and ladybug wings.
