"A family in our church has a foster son who has been through trauma, of both abuse and neglect. This past week he was having behavioral issues, and today he worried the mother so badly that she took him to the hospital to get him mental help. The hospital couldn't/wouldn't do anything, so she called my parents and they drove to the hospital to talk to both the boy and the mother for a while. The family is currently on the verge of receiving church membership, and they are very dear to all of us. Please keep the whole family in prayer."
Abba, there is so much brokeness and pain in this world, and I don't know what this young man has been through, but I pray that You would please send Your peace to him. I claim the healing in Jesus name, and I ask that they are able to find those who are willing and able to help them. I thank You, and in Jesus name I pray. Amen.
