Thaimes logged into the OASIS, his avatar reappearing on the couch he'd fallen on the night before. About a minute later, he received a message.
Reaperdog49: What do we do now?
Thaimes: I think I have an idea.
Reaperdog49: ...What?
Thaimes: Meet me on Chthonia. Outside Castle Anorak. Were going to meet Parzival, and ask him why the hell no ones done anything yet.
Reaperdog49: You're insane.
Thaimes: Just do it.
Thaimes closed the message, and stood up, sorting through his inventory for his A-Wing. He took ok,out the crumpled model, and turned it over in his hands. The young man sighed. There was no way he could get that fixed, at least not anytime soon. Luckily he had a teleportation terminal on his base. He wound his way through corridors and trophy rooms, until he found the large blue rectangle set into the wall, it's front open, revealing the polished metal inside. Thaimes stepped inside, and disappeared.
He reappeared less then a second later on the planet Chthonia, modelled and named after the self created Dungeons and Dragons world of the OASIS creators, Ogden Morrow and of course, James Halliday. In fact, he stood at the base of Castle Anorak, the home of James Hallidays Dungeons and Dragons character, and world famous avatar, Anorak. Of course, most people assumed that nowadays the castle belonged to Parzival, after he took control of the OASIS.
It wasn't long before Reaper appeared next to him. "This is crazy." He muttered, staring up at the imposing castle. "No ones even tried to get in there in the last two years. I heard one guy did, and Parzival obliterated his avatar on the spot."
Thaimes nodded nervously. He'd also heard those rumours, along with many others. "We don't have a choice."
"Yeah we do." Reaper insisted, "We can just, you know, not do it."
The older teen shook his head. "Not a chance. After all, did he win the Egg by just not doing it? Didn't think so. Come on." Thaimes set off towards the large castle gates, Realer following him reluctantly. Once they arrived at the gate, Thaimes took out his lightsaber. "I'm going to cut through this door, and make my way inside, okay?"
Reaper nodded. "A-and you know what? I might just uh... stand guard out here for a while."
Thaimes rolled his eyes. "Whatever." He turned on the weapon, and dug it into the door, carving a large shape out of it, big enough for him to step threw... And that's exactly what he did. Thaimes stared out at Reaper through the hole. "Just... Stay there." He instructed.
"Wasn't planning on following you." Reaper muttered. Thaimes shook his head, and continued into the castle.
It was, for lack of a better term, beautiful. The walls and pillars were all intricately carved and designed, with great carvings of fictional beasts, and paintings of avatars and movie characters. Unfortunately, he didn't get very far before his avatar froze.
"You know, I hoped the rumours would be enough to stop people coming in here." A voice called from behind him. "Or at least the fact that I didn't actually live here."
A tall avatar with brown hair, drenched in long billowing black robes appeared in front of him, as though he'd been there, only invisible. Thaimes gasped, which didn't register properly on his avatar, and ended up coming out as a glitchy, distorted, choking sound. Standing in front of him, was the most powerful avatar in the OASIS. Standing in front of him, was Parzival.
"What exactly is it you want then?" Parzival asked, looking him up and down.
Thaimes wasn't entirely prepared for this moment. He steeled himself, and said the first thing that came to mind. "What the hell have you been doing man?"
The all powerful avatar blinked at him. Thaimes' hit points dropped by three. "Excuse me?"
He shook himself. "I-I escaped from Ludus. And the Globe. My friends risked their lives to try and find the attackers, and you and the rest of the High Five have done nothing. The OASIS is hacked all the time and you manage to catch them, so why not now."
Parzival considered him for a while. "Okay, you've got balls kid. Breaking into Castle Anorak to talk to me... I'll tell you. Just not here. Meet me at this place in a few hours, and I'll explain everything." An email appeared in the top of Thaimes vision, displaying the time, and the address of a Star Wars planet called Canto-Bite. Then, Parzival disappeared. And then a second later, Thaimes found his avatar standing outside Castle Anorak, in front of a newly repaired front gate. A sign appeared to be nailed on, that read "And stay out!" In big cartoony letters.
"What the hell was that?" Reaper asked him, looking from Thaimes, then to the door, then to the sign, then back to Thaimes again.
"I'll explain everything on the way." Thaimes muttered preoccupied with sending an email to THE19 and M0rté, telling them what had happened. "But first, we need to go to a tailors."

Nineteen's avatar appeared in the TARDIS. He stood up, and went and found another room inside the space ship he could sit down in. He a managed to find one filled with dozens of plush arm chairs, and sat down. He began to sift through the footage he'd taken from the hackers gathering. He chewed his lip. From what he'd seen the night before, they preferred to be called Hellscape. He had to admit it was a pretty cool name. Never the less, he began to edit the footage.
It took him a little over three hours watch through both the video of the Hellscape assembly, and the one he'd taken on Ludus. Then, as an added bonus, he'd edited the important parts down into a twenty minute video, which he planned to send to every news channel and media circuit in the OASIS. It was on his final viewing, before he was about to send it, that Nineteen noticed something odd in the footage from Ludus Two. During the lead hackers speech, the image flickered slightly, revealing... Something.
Nineteen slowed down the footage. For exactly three frames, the image of the hacker vanished, and was instead replaced by a series of digits. Possibly a code... Or a location... Or both. Nineteen snipped those few frames from the footage, and sent the video, ignoring an alert that just appeared from Thaimes. He didn't have time right now. He had to figure out what that code meant...
It took him hours to narrow it down. First, he ran it through decoders for every possible cipher he could think of. Nothing. Then he changed it into latitude and longitude. Nothing. En, he tried ringing it as a phone number. Nothing. The avatar slumped back on the chair... When an idea struck him. What if it was an IP address or something. If it was, then he might be able to track down where Hellscape, or at least one of them, was... He set to work.
A while later, dozens of alerts flooded into his inbox from various media sights, all going wild over the unseen footage of Hellscapes plans. Nineteen didn't notice, he was too exited with the discovery he'd just made. The address lead to somewhere in the vicinity of a small town in West Virginia. This was big. This must have been why they were chasing the Ludus survivors, because they had this information. He had to tell the police... Didn't he?
Nineteen lay back in the chair, both in real life and the OASIS. Yes this was an important matter... But it was also personal. Sure, he could send the information to the police of Gregarious Simulations.. And then what? He'd just sit by and wait for them to take care of the problem.
He leapt into writing emails out to the members of the survivors. Excluding GingerNinja, of course. He send one to each of them, detailing his plan. He was going to go to West Virginia... In the real world. He was going to go to this small town, and take down the leader of Hellscape, once and for all. He was going to rid the OASIS of the hackers... So of course he had to invite them along for the ride.

Morte reappeared on the rooftop, and almost overbalanced and toppled several stories to the ground below. Almost. He was always careful whenever he logged back into something. He placed his DeLorien on the ground, and grew it to full size. Just as he hopped in the door, an email came through from Thaimes. Not that had been sent a few hours ago, by the looks of things. Morte opened it up, his eyes widening as he read the message. The young man swore under his breath.
"That brilliantly stupid little..." He smirked, kicking the car into gear and speeding off towards the nearest teleportation terminal. GingerSnap could find her own way off. She had a magic broomstick, she'd be fine.
Morte skidded to a halt in front of the least busy terminal he could find, leaving trails of fire in the cars wake. "Oi, watch it!" One avatar yelled, before stepping into the terminal and disappearing. Morte shrunk the car, and changed his avatars skin to his nicely tailored suit. He didn't want to be underdressed for the occasion. The bounty hunter stepped into the terminal, and vanished.
He reappeared on the front entrance of a large, extravagant futuristic casino. He had a feeling the entire planet was covered in casinos. One of the later entries to the Star Wars canon, if he remembered correctly. Morte pushed open the door, and made his way inside. A more elegant and upper class version of the famous Cantina Song played in the background.
It didn't take him long to find Thaimes and Reaper. They sat a small table in a corner, surveying the establishment around them. Reaper wore a simply tailored suit, with a pair of sleek black glasses. Thaimes wore similar glasses, along with the famous orange suit from the Kingsman movies. "Great minds think alike." Morte smirked, his umbrella appearing in his hand.
"They do indeed." Thaimes grinned. He moved over slightly on the circular ring of padded leather seats. He reached into his pocket and pulled out another matching pair of glasses. "Speaking of which, I didn't want you to feel left out."
Morte grunted in approval as he slipped the glasses onto his face. "So, you actually set up a meeting with the real Parzival."
"Yes," said a voice from in front of them, "He did." The three young men looked up to see Parzival sitting across from them, his fingers making a cage on the table. "So, I take it you all made it off Ludus Two." The three young men nodded. Parzival stroked his chin. "And, how many of you are there exactly?"
"Six." Reaper sighed, leaning back in his chair and putting his feet up on the table. Thaimes
"Interesting, intresting," Parzival sounded like he was mocking them, "And you've sought me out why exactly?"
"Honestly I have no idea, I just got an invite to meet you," Morte shrugged, "And I mean, you's going to skip out on that?"
"Flattered."
Thaimes glared at Parzival. "Why haven't you done anything? You, Gregarious Simulations, Og, any of the High Five? The OASIS has been hacked multiple times and the hackers have been taken down immediately. So why has it taken so long now? You haven't arrested anyone!"
Avatars and NPC's were beginning to give them suspicious looks from around the casino. "Calm down kid," Parzival held his up, "For your information, we have arrested them."
Everyone around he table was silent for a minute. "What?" Thaimes managed to croak after a while.
"The leader. The man responsible for the destruction of Ludus Two, the guy in the hologram. We arrested him yesterday. Some guy from West Virginia. He confessed and everything. Something about an organisation called Hellscape, and taking down the OASIS. The problem is, this organisation is bigger then anything the OASIS has ever seen. We're talking hundreds of avatars, and therefore hundreds of people, ready to take up that role and lead the charge. The best we can do is take them down, one by one."
Thaimes was silent. He felt extremely stupid at this point. Learning his entire mission had been for nothing certainly wasn't sitting well with him. "So... I guess setting this all up was pointless then."
Parzival shrugged. "Hey, you guys deserved to know. I mean, I have no idea why they were tracking you down specifically, but—"
"What the hell was that?" Morte yelled, leaping to his feet. The other three looked around, and a few other patrons glanced over. Nothing seemed to be wrong around them.
Thaimes reached up and grabbed the tall man's arm. "Morte what are you talking about?"
Morte was silent for a few moments, his avatar seemingly frozen, his head occasionally darting in different directions, as if he was looking for something. "I swear I heard... Holy sh—" the lanky avatar flew sideways across the room, and flickered out of existence.
"Morte!" Both Thaimes and Reaper yelled, darting over to the spot where their friend would have hit the ground.
"Something's wrong here." Parzival muttered to himself. He stood up from the table. "I have to go. I'll keep in touch." His avatar disappeared, leaving the other two staring at the floor in disbelief.

No one had gotten back to Nineteen. He was about to just accept that no one was coming and book his own tickets to America... When he got a response. A response from the last person he thought would answer. He got a response, from GingerSnap345. Even more surprising- She agreed to go. Nineteen forwarded her the money for the ticket, he had after all taken out an entire planet of avatars, and gave her a time at which to meet, along with a passcode to make sure they were meeting the right person.
The thought that this could be a terrible idea lingered in the back of his mind for a moment, but was then pushed aside by the sheer excitement at the thought of what he was about to do. If he and GingerSnap pulled this off, they would be heroes, both in and out of the OASIS...
