Firstly, let us clear the fundamental doubts that most people have about the Prism Confidantes.

They are not some haphazard "executive". Confidantes are not only the people who handle this account, they are also the writers, participants, designers and everyone else who might be reading this chapter now. For without you, the Y O U N I V E R S E wouldn't have been possible.

So, if you are a Prism Perk, then you are already a member of the pack. However, it doesn't mean that the definition ends here. In Prism Pride Club, we have a diverse world of candidates who can approach us to have a little more spotlight on them-and that's not how it works. Generally, people are puzzled between Prism Writers and Prism Confidantes.

A Prism Writer is someone who contributes their write-ups for our discussion books (in rare cases) or our Still Believing-Book Of Blogs. You will discover more about it in the next chapter of the Guide.

A Prism Confidante is someone who is eligible to be in the pack. Below are the

》Skills: To become a confidante, a candidate must have some sort of expertise which might appeal to us, since based upon this, we will distinct the confidantes into different categories (more in How It Works) of the Prism Pride Club.

》Reliable: A candidate must be accountable, responsible and trustworthy. It is a feature that might win you a position in the users' hearts. It is essential because once you are a confidante, and we find you social and supportive, then we might as well select you for our TALKLINE and HELPLINE block, where you will be approved to reply to confidential and important messages sent by the users.

》Equality: The candidates must believe in the honours of the Y O U N I V E R S E, which rightfully states that you must be unbiased and you must not discriminate anyone by their complexion, religion, gender or "caste". Equality is the essential part of being a confidante.

》Age: Age limitations are not associated with this guideline.

》Message: The candidates will receive a message once we have accepted your resumes. In a while, they will receive another inbox message if we recognize them as a part of us, or decline the approach. They will be verified with a reason in the second case (if we decline).

》Teams: The selected confidantes will be then allotted into their respective Teams. Currently, we have two teams- Production Team and Publicity Team.

Production Team: The Production Team deals with the circulation of the progress. They are responsible for updating the books according to their calendar dates, checking if the stickers for the winners of different books have reached them in time, managing emails and inbox and confessouts (in rare cases). They are usually selected based on their resumes and followers.

Publicity Team: The Publicity Team, as the name suggests, is accountable for the publicity (popularity) of the account. Not only that, they are also responsible for seeking the interests of the users (eg. what they would like to see in this account in the near future, any amendments in any of the books), clarifying doubts about what this account is all about, finding reviewers and judges for different books, and many such circumstances. They, like Production Team, are selected by the same means.

Both the Teams, however, can manage the emails, inbox and confessouts (if anyone from the Publicity Team would be eligible). Both are equivalently answerable if anyone in any of the books are trying to arise controversies, breaking any of the guidelines, bribing and cyber-abusing their reviewers and judges etc. If found that the Teams were doing nothing at such situations, then they would be beautifully remarked in the #PrismFools list.

And of course, both the Teams have to work in coordination to make this account the best.
