Ruhana joins the CID bureau. She is thrilled to find her childhood bestie, Dushyant. He's baffled to see her in front of her after a long time span of twenty years. He couldn't believe his eyes.

"You're really here? I just can't believe it." Dushyant laughs at himself.

"Dost kabhi door nahi hote na. I wanted to find you and I am glad I did." Ruhana exclaims with a smile.

Dushyant smiles back at her and embraces her in a bone crushing hug. Ruhana, too, hugs him back, after all they have met after a long time. She slaps his back multiple times.

" I hate you! Bhul gaye mujhe!! " She exclaims and he parts the hug.

"Tu mujhe chod ke gayi thi, main nahi!!" he shrugs his shoulders.

Meanwhile, Priyanka breaks the silence. She looks at Dushyant.

"Who is she, Dushyant? Humse nahi milvaoge?" she asks her friend.

Dushyant looks at Priyanka and all the others who are adoring the sweet bond, they have just witnessed.

"Ye mere Bachpan ki dost hai. My first and best friend." he says and side hugs Ruhana.

"Lucky she is." Priyanka comments while looking at the two friends.

"Koi lucky nahi hoon main, isne mujhe ek phone bhi nahi kiya!! " she says slapping his arm.

Dushyant holds his arm and whines.

"Ouch! It hurts! Tu aaj bhi sabko maarti hai? Aur vaise bhi, tu gayi thi mujhe chod ke, tujhe call karna chahiye tha. " he says glaring at Ruhana .

Ruhana nods her head multiple times.

"han jo mere doston ko pareshan karte hai unko hi. Aur tujhe satane mein mujhe bada maza aata hain." Ruhana grins.

The others laugh at her words while Dushyant whines. It's then,when Freddy looks at them.

"Par jab tum dono dost they toh alag kyun hue?" he asks.

Dushyant smiles and Priyanka asks the same thing. He looks at everyone.

"Ruhana ke dad ka transfer ho gaya tha. Toh ye chali gayi. Jaane se pehle mujhe ye bracelet de kar gayi thi. But mujhe pata nahi tha, hum yahan is bureau mein milenge." he says with a smile.

"That's life, Dushyant. Kuch cheezein tab hi hoti hain, jab hum expect nahi karte." Daya says.

"Haan Sir. Aapne thik kaha. Jab mujhe yahan transfer mila, toh mujhe laga shayad Dushyant yahin hoga, after all, usey CID officer banna tha. Fir ek dost ki madad li toh pata chala ki vo yahin hain, CID mein. Aur dekhiye, I got my best friend back." Ruhana says with a smile.

Dushyant smiles and holds her by her shoulders. But she frees herself.

"Lekin aapke is officer ko saza toh milegi. Main chali gayi toh bhi isne mujhe phone nahi kiya." Ruhana rolls her eyes at Dushyant.

He smiles, he knows she won't spare him easily. Also, they have met after twenty years, she'd do everything to tease him.

" "Acha baba, jitni saza deni hai dedena. But naraaz na hona." He says.

She smiles, she has got the chance to tease him and play with him.

"Saza toh banti hai. Lemme think." she speaks.

"itne saal ke baad mili hai aur tujhe saza deni hai, how unfair!" Dushyant speaks mocking sadness.

"Everything is fair in friendship." she says and winks at him teasingly.

Before Dushyant can catch her wrist, Ruhana runs inside, behind other people, and bumps into someone. That someone her hands to save her from falling. She looks up and is shocked to see the person.

"Tum!!" it's what she could utter.

Her happy face turns into a sad one. She turns to the other side. It seems she is not pleased to see him.

"Ruhana, I'm sorry." Vineet apologizes.

Ruhana jerks his hand.

"I don't want to talk to you. Your sorry won't do any good either. " she says angrily.

"Jo hua, that was a mistake." he says softly.

"But I don't believe you. Don't talk to me." she says angrily and walkes back towards Dushyant.

She clings on his arm, and he smiles , as he has been taking out a printout. Ruhana sighs he has not heard anything.

"Ruhana, just a second. Lemme check the print." He moves toward the printer asking her to give the command when he says.

She agrees, and begins familiarizing the bureau. She looks at Dushyant, and then her eyes meet with Vineet, who is standing by Dushyant. She looks into the computer and gave the task that Dushyant asks.

Dushyant hands over the paper to Vineet and takes Ruhana towards the cafeteria. As they reach there, Ruhana immediately hugs him tightly.

" I missed you!!" she complains.

He parts the hug and looks at his friend. He has missed her too, as she's the only one who took care of him.

"I missed you too. But you know, I missed the number. I tried contacting but nhi hua." he replies.

"Sapna dikhaya lekin pura karne ke liye sath bhi nahi they tum. I'll not forgive you." she says making a sad face.

Dushyant smiles and pulls her again in a hug.

"Ab nahi jaunga. Ab toh tu aa gayi hai, bahut kuch karna hai abhi." he says.

Ruhana closes her eyes in the hug,trying to feel the warm embrace of her friend.

"jab tumse door hui, tab pata chala kitna importance hai tumhara meri life mein. I missed you. Is baar kahin nahi jaane dungi tumhe aur na hi tumhe chhod ke jaungi. Is baar hum alag nahi honge." she thinks in her mind.

Dushyant breaks the hug and that breaks her trance...

" Thank god, you are back. Ab mera ek important kaam jldi ho jayega. Afterall tum jo ho mere saath." he chuckles.

" I'll be always there. Par kaam kya hai ??"she asks as they grab two cups of coffee from the cafeteria.

" I'll tell you when the time is right. " he says playfully.

She looks at him and both the buddies share a laughter.
Meanwhile , Dushyant's phone rang which halted their talks, it's time for work.

A new case has been reported.
