Rainpaw gasped with shock as a light orange cat tumbled into Mossyoak.

The small cat pummeled Mossyoak with its paws. It had a purple collar on. A kittypet.

Rainpaw hissed and ran into the kitty pet, knocking it off her mentor and pinning it easily.

She spat in its face. "Get out of SpiritClan territory!"

The kittypet growled and clawed her face. "Get off me you stupid forest cat!" She squeaked in a kit like voice.

"Stupid?! Your just a wimpy kit!" Rainpaw snarled.

"Kit?! Are you making fun of my voice? I'm not a kit! I was born like this!" She hissed, hurt.

Instantly feeling guilty, Rainpaw flattened her ears.

Mossyoak claws the kittypet face, "Get out of our territory!"

The kittypet hissed and raced out of the borders.

Wolfspirit growled."Dumb Kittypet." He spat.

Wasppaw shook out his pelt. "Should have let me at 'em. I could've shredded that kitty." He smirked.

Solarclaw grinned at his apprentice, causing a shiver to run up Rainpaw's spine.

"C'mon." Mossyoak muttered. The gray and black Shecat trotted along the border, marking as she ran.

Once back at camp, Mossyoak padded straight to Gracestars den.

"Oof!" Rainpaw toppled over as Wolfkit rammed into her..... again.

"Mouse-dung!"She cursed and shoved the kit off . "Wolfkit!"

Wolfkit laughed. "Your face!"

Licking her ruffled fur, Rainpaw sat down. "Ya gotta stop that!" She hissed, annoyed. "I wash my fur every few heartbeats because of you." She mumbled.

"Sorry.." Wolfkit giggled.

*A two moons later*

"Let all the cats old enough to catch their own fresh-kill gather beneath the tall root for a clan meeting." Gracestars yowled.

Rainpaw and Wolfkit sat in the back of the crowd.

"Will Wolfkit please step forward?"

Wolfkit gasped. "Oh my StarClan. Ohhhhhh myyyyy StarrrClannn!!!!"

Rainpaw cracked up and shoved her forward. "Good luck."

She gulped and walked up to the tall root.

"Wolfkit, from this moment on,until you earn your warrior name,youll be known as Wolfpaw. Lucidhope will be your mentor."

Wolfpaw and Rainpaw gasped in unison.

Lucidhope stood up.

"I expect you to pass your intelligence and and techniques down to this young apprentice." She mewed.

Wolfpaw hesitantly touched noses with Lucidhope.

"Wolfpaw! Wolfpaw! Wolfpaw!" The crowd cheered.

After the ceremony, Wolfpaw trotted to Rainpaw. "Help me.." She whispered.

Rainpaw shrugged. "I'm sorry you have to put up with her, but at least your an apprentice ..."

Wolfpaw sighed.

Lucidhope trotted to the new apprentice. "Wolfpaw, were going on a tour of the territory."

She nodded and padded behind her.

A snarl came from behind Rainpaw, and she turned to face her brother. The camp was half empty since cats were on patrol and training.

Wasppaw brought his paw down hard on Rainpaw's face, knocking her down and pinning her.

"What in StarClan!?"

"I spoke with Dapplepaw and Hopepaw." He hissed. "They told me to test you.."

"What?! Why?" Rainpaw growled.

"To see if your really strong enough to be a warrior!" He growled and slashed her face.

She but his paw and threw him off. "Fox-Hearted bird brain!"

Wasppaw shredded her shoulder,and jumped on her back, biting her neck.

Rainpaw swung around and dragged her back claws down his belly.

He shuddered, and fell limp. Blood flowed all over Rainpaw's pelt.

She stood, horrified at her brothers lifeless body. "I-I killed my brother...." She whimpered.
