I've been a Picsart user for almost a year now and it's been an amazing app but maybe I should try something different that's why I tried using ibisPaint X for the first time and the outcome was definitely actually pretty good for a first time. Thanks to _Becca_Boo_ for her tutorials and Wizard-Hunter to getting me to start using IbisPaint X! She showed me her work and trust me it is amazing!

I'm starting to use IbisPaint X but I won't stop using Picsart since it's also very helpful.
