"Tsubasa!!" Hime exclaimed as the fallen blue-haired girl went between Hime and my Dark Magic. "What are you----?!"

"Protecting my beloved friend." Tsubasa answered, while my Dark Magic is nearing at them at a lightning speed.

"But----!" Hime protested, then one by one, tears fell. "YOU WILL GET KILLED!!"

"I DON'T CARE!" Tsubasa screamed. "You are my friend; you are also kind-hearted to be killed. I am willing to die for my friend..."

"TSUBASA!!!" Hime screamed as the Dark Magic went closer to her.

Then a memory showed.

I saw a girl, yet I can't see her face. I felt pain almost everywhere in my body. I feel numb...

"Yumi!!" The girl placed me on her lap and I felt liquid falling down my face. She's crying...

I muttered some words to her. She just widened her eyes, and more tears fell down.

"YUMI!! YOU PROMISED!!"

"I guess you were right... Not every people keep their promises... But please, promise me one thing... Please----"

I snapped back to reality.I was about to stop the attack, but it's too late. The Dark Magic is about to hit Tsubasa...

But some kind of red fire vine design covered her from the upcoming attack. Another showed that is made up of magenta, blue, and violet striped. She stared in wonder as she's being wrapped around it in a circle.

"W-what's happening?!" Tsubasa exclaimed.

"Tsubasa... You're transforming in your Maximum Potential!!" Hime exclaimed happily. "You can now match with Lily's power!"

My eyes widened at the information, while Tsubasa faced towards me and smirked. This is bad... Super bad!!

Due to my panic, I fired any attacks to her. I fired my Dark Sphere, Dark Magic, Dark Roar, and my Dark Fury. But nothing affected her.

"Is that all?" Tsubasa mocked. "It's my turn!"

"Maximum! Magical water girl, activate!" She exclaimed then pressed something on her blue phone. Those things wrapped around her. Not long, those things dissipated, and she looked much more different than before.

"Transformation, complete!"

I backed away due to fear. She smirked once she noticed how scared I am. Yumi, calm down. It means that both of our powers are matched. She isn't stronger than you...

"Water Wave!" I snapped back to reality when I saw a huge wave of water coming towards my direction. I managed to jump away from it just in time. It collided with a wall instead.

"You almost got me in there." I said while straightening myself up. "You'll be defeated even in your Maximum Form!"

"We'll see about that!" Tsubasa then went to an attacking stance. "Water Cannon!"

"Dark Magic!" I countered. The two elements clashed on each other. The attacks seemed to be both draw, but...

The Dark Magic I casted dissipated and the Water Cannon moves forward to me in a lightning speed!

"Dark Shield!" I braced myself from the upcoming attack. It clashed unto my shield, but it became stronger as my shield and I got pushed backwards little by little.

Dang, she's strong! I thought. I need to stop this attack before my shield breaks!

I hurriedly prepared myself for my attempt in escaping. I'll now try, in 3... 2... 1... GO!

I stopped my shield, and jumped away from the water cannon. The water cannon hit the wall instead.

"Ocean Storm!" She quickly casted. Oh no, how can I move away while I'm still in mid-air?!

"Kyaa!" I flew away from the impact of the attack, and landed really badly. It was really painful... >.<

"Gotcha!" Tsubasa exclaimed. "What were you saying again, Lily? That you'll defeat me in my Maximum Form? Or did I just mishear it?"

"D-Don't get really cocky now." I said while shakily standing up.

"I'm not being cocky, I'm telling the truth."

"You don't know how big the power of dark is."

"And so do waters." Tsubasa replied. "I'll finish this!"

She then set her fist on water and ran towards my direction. I also set my own fist in dark for safety measures.

She attempted punching me in my face, but I ducked, and aimed at her stomach. But she quickly moved away. She's quite fast.

She then tried right-hooking me, but I moved away...

And I tripped over her feet.

"Wha---?!" I fell down, and was towered by Tsubasa. She wasted no time bringing her fist towards my face, but I rolled to safety.

"Enough games!" I exclaimed. "I'll end this now, Dark Age!"

"Oh no, you won't!" Tsubasa cried. "Ocean Storm!"

My powerful dark age and her Ocean Storm clashed. It'll take a lot to take down my Dark Age. The Ocean Storm then faded a bit, and I controlled my Dark Age towards the Magical Water Girl.

"Tsubasa, watch out!" Hime yelled.

"Don't worry Hime-chan, I'll handle this." She said while looking back to her friend.

She then clasped her hand together, and muttered things. I barely managed to hear the words she's saying but I heard it all.

"Oh Mother Nature, give me the power of the waters... Give me the power of oceans and seas so that I can prove the power of the waters are big. Help me..."

Then after she said those things, the phone she has glowed, and then a blue essence went to her chest, and inside of her.

"I'll show you how powerful water is! Ocean Storm!!" She casted once again.

She'll fail once again... My Dark Age is strong---- WHAT?!

The ocean storm and Dark Age clashed once again, but this time, the Ocean Storm managed to survive the attack. But instead, my Dark Age starts to fade little by little.

No no no no no!! Please survive, my Dark Age!

I increased my efforts in my Dark Age, but it seemed as though my attempt is futile. Sure, my Dark Age regained its power, but the Ocean Storm keeps on advancing towards me. If I would fight back, the spell would slow the Ocean Storm that's advancing towards me, but it wastes my magical powers and being hit by two elements at the same time is going to be very painful.

If I would stop my attack, the Ocean Storm would be advancing towards me in a lightning speed, and before I knew it, gets hit by it. Please don't tell me it's a choosing-an-option time! Both would just hurt me. >.<

Both would inflict pain... Hmmmm... What would I do to at least dodge the attack... Wait... Nah, it's too risky... But it's the only option I have besides the two... Okay, here I go!

I lowered the effort I gave in my Dark Age to focus on another spell. The Ocean Storm speeds a little bit since the Dark Age isn't strong enough to hold it back. Little by little, I lowered the effort until it faded due to the enemy's Ocean Storm. It raged towards me fast, and I could feel the water splashing to my face.

No, not yet... Not yet... Okay, in 3, 2, 1... GO!

"Dark Shield!!" I made a dark shield, but it's twice as vibrant as and a little bit smaller than usual. I need to brace myself from this storm! It seemed powerful!

"You'll meet your doom, Dark Girl!" Tsubasa declared, and the Ocean Storm pelted the shield I am in. Even though I am inside the shield, I can feel the force of it. Now, I doubt if my shield can stand to this storm.

This lasted for a minute or two. I cannot believe that Tsubasa managed to keep the Ocean Storm from attacking me. I know it costs a lot of powers, for sure. My shield is just a half of the power of the Ocean Storm, and I'm becoming drained, but that Water Girl got the stamina. I... I can't handle this... any... longer...

The shield started to crack, and my eyes are drooping from the drain. I can't...

The shield broke off, and I was trampled by the Ocean Storm... My consciousness is slowly fading away...

"I told you, I am not being cocky." Tsubasa said. "Now, here's my finishing move! Water Trap!"

I felt my body being floated in the air, and water filling up my mouth and nose.

What is exactly happening? I thought while trying to stay awake. I think, I'm trapped in a water ball or something, and it's slowly sucking my oxygen away.

"Tsubasa, stop!" I can hear Hime order. "Don't kill her!"

"But..." Tsubasa argued. "Look at what happened to our friends! Do you just want to let her get away with it?!"

"I know... I know how much trouble she caused us." Hime explained. "But she's only doing it because she's confused. I can feel it..."

How?! I thought, dumbfounded.

"I'll just talk to her and try understanding her." Hime said with a smile.

"You know, Hime, you're too kind to be in this world..." Tsubasa said and slowly released her grasp on me. I coughed pretty violently.

But before Hime could talk to me, I can feel being swooped up in the air, and felt the air.

"I'm sorry to interrupt you, but Lily's fine the way she is!" That voice... Yuuto...? What is he doing...?!

"No! Nothing will get better if you go with the evil!" Hime exclaimed. "You get nothing else, except for having a miserable life!"

"You're wrong..." I can sense Yuuto 's voice getting angrier every moment. "We got what we wanted... And that's Lily's life! We don't care if we go to a dark path... As long as Lily's by our side, we'll be fine with it!!"

What... What does he mean by that? My... My life?

"Onii-san, please bring Lily away from here... I don't want her to suffer anymore." Yuuto ordered.

"But---"

"Onii-san..." I can barely see Yuuto narrowing his eyes at his brother who was now carrying me bridal style.

He sighed. "Okay then..."

I was about to protest of leaving his brother behind, but he didn't listened. It's seemed as if he was in deep thought.
