After the previous event, Hinata, Shuna, Benimaru, and Rimuru had a chat about that incident. Hinata and Shuna were smiling because all of the things were done in the end. Except for Benimaru who remains silent in the council, he claims he was willing to burn all of the council instantly.

Beelzebuth tries to taunt Rimuru for being pathetic. At the same time, he would like Benimaru's ideas to burn all of those weaklings.

RImuru and Beelzebuth were having a conflict with one other. Rimuru wants to make a peace pact with the human race while Beelzebuth wants to devour anything that annoyed or weak.

Rimuru discussed taking an expedition on Puppet Nation Dhistar which belonged to previous Demon Lord Clayman. Beelzebuth remembered that Demon Lord when he was an Ultimate Skill. To Beelzebuth, Clayman was just another delicious meal to devour.

Milim, who is Demon Lord too, wants to have fun in an expedition, and also Gobta too. Shion follows too. So, all four of them go to the main center of the Freedom Guild. An elf who waiting for them and preparing an expedition team with them.

Once they arrived at Castle thanks to Rimuru's Domination Space, they were greeted by dark elf. Dark elves guide them around the castle until reach their destination.

When they arrived at the ruin, all of them explored inside to learn about the history of the old civilization, and in some cases, they found some treasures that belonged to ancient times. Milim found treasure, all of them were battle equipment infused with a high-quality magicsteel. Although Milim activated a trap that settled up a lot of golems to attack intruders, Milim is more capable of destroying them all.

During their expedition, the earth suddenly shook causing an expedition team to panic. Kagali calmed them down. she explained something about an energy blast that appeared near the dungeon they were in.

Rimuru was just thinking about going back to check. His instinct reacted that something wasn't right.

The Battle between Rimuru and Mariabell resulted in one side. Mariabell overestimated her skill rather than Rimuru. Even with all of her skill and trump cards, she failed to kill him.

On the other hand, Rimuru was very worried about her trump card since it was capable of killing one of his friends or officials except for Diablo or possibly Shion. Rimuru gives Mariabell a final warning to retire a peaceful life but...

Beelzebuth's voice shook Rimuru's mind as a surprise response. Unlike Raquael, Beelzebuth is more willing to kill Mariabell regardless of who she is.

Thankfully, Mariabell refused to surrender. Since she chose this path, Rimuru had no choice but accept to Beelzebuth's advice.

Before Rimuru could devour her, The Guild Master, Yukki sends a kick into Shion causing her to fly the corner of his eyes.

Beelzebuth began to be irritated now. All Beelzebuth wants is to devour Mariabell but another annoying one appears.

Raquael found Yuuki's power has skyrocketed due to Mariabell using Unique Skill Greedy to transfer her power to him. Rimuru now had to take care of Yukki since she controlled him. Beelzebuth began to scream at RImuru to forget saving that guy and told him to go full-murderous. 

Rimuru really doesn't want to kill Yukki since both of them share a homeland and everything. Besides that, he couldn't accept Beelzebuth's reason for killing the enemy just because they were mind-controlled.

<Grrrrrrr!!!> - Beelzebuth

Rimuru could sense Beelzebuth's angry is bolied. Raquael mentioned Beelzebuth started more aggressive and his master took down Yukki quickly before Beelzebuth went out of control. 

So, Rimuru and Yukki exchange a flurry of kicks one after another. Rimuru was confident that only Ultimate Skill users could beat other Ultimate Skill users. Rimuru activated Universal Barrier from Ultimate Skill Uriel to block his kick but...

<Dodge!!!! You Idiot!!!> - Beelzebuth

Beelzebuth sends a warning to Rimuru at the moment he plans to block Yuuki's right roundhouse kick. Instantly, Rimuru's arm was shattered by Yuuki's kick. Rimuru was surprised by this. Raquael explained Yuuki's body was Anti-Skill's constitution which suppresses any Magic and Skill and furthermore, Beelzebuth's Instinct is very sharp to recognize the danger of Yuuki's power.

Rimuru hates to admit that Beelzebuth was trying to save him despite his aggression. He needs to find a way to defeat him or not, it would be a waste of time. The battle switches from a fistfight to a sword fight. Rimuru draws his sword while Yuuki draws a knife and a single-edged sword.

During this fight, Rimuru finds an unexpected discovery. It turned out Anti-Skill won't work on a weapon, so it is possible to attack with his sword. Furthermore, Art or Techinque is able to bypass it too.

Rimuru unleashed his Art called StormBreak. A combination of Art and Magic moves inspired by MeltSlash. Through this, Rimuru is able to take Yuuki down without killing him. But, Beelzebuth's influence began to grow inside him and told him to devour him.

Luckily, Kagali and the expedition team stopped him from killing Yuuki. Rimuru somehow recovered his mind from it. Yuuki's behavior seems to change. Raquael explained his desire-driven inference had been canceled. Also, Beelzebuth's influence had stopped.

Rimuru questions Raquael about Beelzebuth. Raquael further explains that Beelzebuth is capable of corrupting the user's mind even the owner. Raquael admitted Beelzebuth was able to do it without Raquael's detective.

It's very scary when Beelzebuth is willing to take control of the user. Raquael told him it would be okay because Beelzebuth was suppressed which made Rimuru feel relief.

The next problem will be a dragon known as Chaos Dragon. He thinks about using Beelzebuth's Soul Consume on it. 

"Gobble it up, Beelzebuth!!!" - Rimuru

As a command, Beelzebuth absolutely devoured all of Chaos Dragon's body and soul beyond imagination as it swallowed everything like a midnight snack. Beelzebuth was amazing but the reason Rimuru is cautious about Beelzebuth is its ego. 

The rest is Raquael's work to put all of the pieces into a pseudo-core. it's result a egg hadn't been hatched yet.

In the end, all thing turned out for the best.
