Such an unlikely pair, wouldn't you agree? Well, to tell you the truth, I thought it a little weird myself. Believe it or not, but these two are lovers, in the weirdest love-hate relationship that I've ever seen (although I don't think Blade would ever actually admit his feelings for Tania, she certainly would reciprocate them in a heartbeat). Anyway, Blade is a born-leader, and he makes no unnecessary mistakes. As the original leader of Team Crusaders, Blade wastes no time in combat, preparing, or anything else in (probably) his entire life. Because of this efficiency, he comes off as quite abrasive to anyone that hasn't known him for longer than a few minutes, but don't let that fool you- once you prove yourself as a friend to him, he's sure to protect you with his life. Just don't cross swords with him, or you'll end up as the next fleck of blood on his horn.

On the other hand, Tania is the absolute opposite of Blade. She's flighty, outgoing, and generally extroverted. Tania is quite the emotional Flareon, which greatly helps in forming relationships with new Pokemon, but this sometimes-awkward characteristic can cloud her head with sentiments for Blade (among others) at times when she really needs to be using her head. She's not defenseless in combat, though, as she's capable of firing off powerful Heat Waves and Lava Plumes to burn anything that stands between her and Blade to ashes.
