Total Chapters: 15
Genre: Werewolf
Currently: Ongoing
Author: @ElaineAbbott

Thoughts:

Roland:

The beginning is already off to an ominous beginning. This one line tells me so.

Lear: Agreed. Though one never knows.

Roland: Aww he rejected her. That's so sad and terrible. I could cry along with Sophia. Her sister, Ivy, is going to come to regret her decision to take another's mate like that.

Lear: Nolan did have a good reason to reject Sophia. I can't say I blame him. It was unfair on Ivy's side.

Roland: Don't be so heartless Mr. Lear. Sure Ivy's mate was kill just two weeks after, but that's no excuse to put her sister through the mental pain. That's what we go to learn in this world is to learn to be fair to one another.

Lear: The world isn't fair though. I can really understand where Ivy is coming from. And I feel for Sophia, but I can see her coming out of this as a better person.

Roland: I like that she has a second chance mate, but his silver hair comes off as unnatural.

Lear: I like the Maxwell's ceremony of giving power over to the next generation. It's unique.

Lear: Things between Sophia and her mate are moving pretty fast as far as romance goes for two people.

Roland: The author could be showing us how a happy every after is between two mates.

I noticed you used this a lot. Try showing different ways to express her emotions like hmm 'I said in an obvious tone.'

Roland: Blaine is...something.

Lear: Yes. He manges to stay calm in the face of a disruption.

Roland: Nolan and Ivy clearly have some issues to sort out. I mean what would happen when they both found their second chance mate.

Lear: Nolan's wolf most likely wanted Sophia, but his human side or the brain in this case choose Ivy out of sympathy instead of listening to his wolf or heart.

Roland: I'm truly enjoying the lightness of this story. The chapters are short or they seem short but the content is good.

Lear: I think there needs to be more description and the chapters all ended abruptly in a sense. More work on ending a chapter is definitely needed.

Roland: I'm wondering why they can't just join packs and if Nolan really gave up on Sophia.

Lear: Well I'm wondering if things really ended so simply with the red wolf. (I'm not fond of the different color wolves though. It takes away from their natural appear.) I also know that those two, Nolan and Ivy, will end up separating at some point.

Roland: I enjoyed reading this story and I look forward to reading more. It intrigued me.

Lear: I like that this story had conflict between packs instead of the usually werewolves verse vampires. Though the cliche rejection situation wasn the highlight of the story.

Roland: *looks at Lear* But it fits.

Lear: *sighs* I didn't like that Sophia's parents didn't step in sooner with Ivy. I can't believe they waited so long to finally tell her to grow up and be a mature young adult.

Roland: Ah, the parent. Yes I do wished they had a bigger role in reeling Ivy in. Just because she's the youngest child doesn't mean she's allowed to have her way all the time. I suspect she would end up helping their rival in the future.

Lear: I do think nothing is over with that red wolf. He resolved the conflict to easy. Plus all that feuding with the Maxwell is bounty to led to something more like the extermination of the Maxwell pack.

Roland: You have a point. I can see that too. I can see Huntington pack merging with the Maxwell pack, but I can also see them helping Maxwell pack in the future if not anything else.

Lear: I bet there will be more conflict between Sophia and Blaine. Two alpha born individuals would normally led to some kind of conflict or argument.

Roland: But they're so happy and work perfectly together. I'll hate to see them argue.

Roland: Overall I did like Monachopsis. After reading a few chapters in, I felt this title didn't quite fit the story. As a leader, Sophia is ideal in every way.

Lear: But she's willing to give up her title and home to go to a new place she might never fit in at. I think the title hints at Sophia never truly finding her place in the world because of the type of person she is.
