Thoughts:

Lear: The first half of the chapter is a bit boring. Stuff we already know or so it seems.

Roland: I believed that the first half should be cut out, but I'm also curious as to how it would fit into the story overall. I'm also wondering about the animal that bit her.

Lear: Obviously a wolf

Roland: Not necessary. 0_0 I think the rush of action occuring between her dealing with her head injury to being chased is a little messy but it's understandable.

Lear:

I don't understand this bit. What is it she doesn't want to hear?

Roland: By chapter 12 I'm curious as to what she did or was participating in. I also wonder why Tyler would leave her after sensing something was nearby before she flings herself on this...creature.

Lear: I'm wondering what this thing looks like if it was once human. Not much description is given.

Roland: Megan is an interesting character. She shows independent and spunk.

Lear: She comes off as a too powerful character however. She's a fast learner yes, but it's almost like she has a rapid learning ability in order for her to take on experiment- made creatures without help. Plus I was almost lost on her character as her name isn't mentioned much throughout the story.

Roland: I like Tyler. He seems to have a good head on his shoulders.

Lear: But he comes off as a supportive character toward Megan more than anything else. I say as a person in a leadership role especially as king, he should have had a stronger impact on Megan.

Roland: Sasha and Red

Lear:

Roland: 0_0 The fairy host dinner was a spectacular idea! I might have to take my mate on one.

Lear: [sighs] She would probably prefer to eat the fairies.

Roland: She will not. She's a classy woman.

Lear: [sighs] Let's talk about the plot.
