Write a short story (100 to 7,500 words) that somehow involves a fictional rock star and the love of his/her life.  

**If you want to go beyond cliche take the above prompt and make it about the end of them.  What causes it?  How do they part? Another challenge is to make the one who isn't the rock star the guilty party. Have him/her do something to destroy them.  Although it is better to flip it from what we usually see which is the guy hurting the girl but if you have already written a story as such don't focus on that aspect as much as the one famous is not the guilty party. **

And for you my dear friend MichelleJoQuinn instead of a famous rock star or a wealthy one, I challenge you to make yours an indie based singer with a following trying to reach for fame but it keeps slipping through his/her fingers.
