Book Interviewed About : Anadyomene

Hi everyone, I am Sakshi, your host, and interviewer for today. I am with Saewa, a rising mystery-thriller writer of Wattpad, with aesthetically beautiful covers and amazing stories full of surprises and shocks.

Sakshi: Hi. I am Sakshi, interviewer from the Rose Gold Community. Thank you for filling up the form. How are you today?

Saewa: Hello Sakshi, it is nice to meet you. I am Saewa, a writer on Wattpad. I'm feeling great so far. How is your day going?

Sakshi: I am awesome as well. So we will start with our first question.

Anadyomene is a really good name for a book, how do you come up with it? Is there a story behind the origin of this title?

Saewa: This book has a long story for itself plus the name because I wanted to create something unfamiliar. When I first started writing chapters, the old name of the book was "The nun in anaphora: Maria Fontani" but I changed that because I thought that serial killer nun? Is that right? Then what position has Matthew? So I came up with the name "Anadyomene" which means "Rise up" and it's connected to the main character. (I don't want to say spoilers lol)

Sakshi: Both the titles are intriguing and it shows that you have put so much effort even with your titles. That's really great work.

So did you design your own cover or get it designed by someone else? What do you want a cover to be like for this story? The cover you have now is awesome btw.❤️

Saewa: Omg yes it is designed by me but I got crazy about that cover when I first started to make one. Because I'm not that good at editing something. But one day BOOM and I did it haha Well, I'm not saying that the cover is a work of art but I'm starting to like it. I wanted my cover to be like the two faces (woman and priest man) but it was too vulgar so I thought maybe a BUTTERFLY? I can't tell you what it means (spoiler) but I'm glad if people like it ❤

Sakshi: Oh it is beautiful. And it is admirable that you made the cover yourself.

Would you like to give a short description of your story to our readers?

Saewa: Sure.

Following the tragic incident in the family of the famous Korean congressman, the Supreme Executive Council made a decision to send the congressman's eldest daughter to a special facility, where she will be treated to prevent the activity of the psychopathic gene in her brain. The girl is the main suspect in an accident in 2008, which caused her mother's death and her younger sister's disablement. After 13 years of suffering and being a probationary rat, Maria will be able to escape. She will meet a boy from childhood. They help each other to restore justice in their own way, which leads to bloodshed and massacre of people. Maria's two faces and evil will bring an end to Matthew. But a big surprise awaits everyone when they think that the most ruthless serial killer woman is dead, they can not even predict that someone will soon take the place of her. (Sorry for grammatical errors)

Sakshi: Wow. That's an amazing teaser.

Saewa: Thank you!

Sakshi: How did you come up with this story?

Saewa: I had a dream about a story. I always have dreams about the book I want to write.

Sakshi: That is great, is there any specific character that you like or relate to? (in your story)

Saewa: Can I say Maria? Haha I relate her feelings to me. She is so deep and also her spicy side is really close to mine.

Sakshi: That is awesome, So our readers would love to know which was your first book?

Saewa: It is my first book.

Sakshi: So what inspired you to start writing?

Saewa: My inspiration source was the kdrama horror series "The guest" and also one of the main characters, a priest Matteo. Kim Jae Wook did a great job for his character.

Sakshi: Oh. I love kdrama. By the way, the names and surnames in your book are very unique. How did you come up with them?

Saewa: These are Korean names and surnames

Sakshi: So I saw that you have a page with character aesthetic and also family tree images. That's really unique, did you make them by yourself? What were your thoughts behind posting the family tree and the aesthetics?

Saewa: Sure I made them. I really wanted to help my readers to imagine every character and remember them easily.

Sakshi: Yeah it was really easy for me as a reader to get to know the character and their history by the aesthetics and family tree. I am really impressed by your writing styles, way of thinking, and plotting.

How do you come up with the characters and their personalities? What do you do to make all the characters different from each other?

In short, how do you design your character and their personalities?

Saewa: Thank you so much. I came up with the character's help of The Renaissance period. And I'm still working on their personalities for the second chapter which will be the introduction of each of them. So wait for it haha ❤ They all have their own stories even if they are siblings or family.

I do design them as wealthy people who are really proud but not as a good point. But still, they are doing good things too but secretly.

Sakshi: Ohh. So do you do a lot of research before starting to write?  If you don't mind, what is the weirdest/funny thing you have to research about?

Saewa: Oh I'm not doing research. I always trust my imagination. The weirdest thing I have researched? Hmm oh I remember I wanted the murder weapon for Maria and I was thinking about metal nails hahaha

Nails which are made but metal lol

Sakshi: Haha metal nails. I hope you did find them.

So are you planning on publishing another story? Are there some ideas that you are working on? Would you like to give a little glimpse of your future plots(if you have any) to our readers? (Just like a teaser)

Saewa: Sure I'm planning. I have 2 more stories in my mind. Teaser? Let's say a "Gender change" in one book will be the main line in the structure of the story.

Sakshi: Yup a teaser like which genre you are planning your next books in? When would you post it? And what would your plot be like?

Saewa: Maybe mystery/thriller again. I don't know when I will post it. Revenge will be the main theme.

Sakshi: Last few questions, what would you like to tell the readers of your book? Any message for them?

Saewa: Dear readers! I want to thank all of you and I hope we stick together till the end. I'm doing my best to open your imagination as wide as possible. Please fall in love with my characters and tell me If I'm wrong in something. I really appreciate all of you. Thank you again and don't forget about me ❤

Sakshi: That's so sweet. I hope you get more readers. Your books deserve more readers.

What would you like to advise the new rising authors? Any message for them?

Saewa: Don't stress yourselves while writing a book. It's a long process and you can also make mistakes. We all learn from something. Don't give up and think about your characters and story as much as you can. Good luck everyone!

Sakshi: That's awesome advice.

If you use any app, website for help in writing or for writing resources would you like to share it with our readers and writers?

Saewa: I use Canva to edit covers. Also, I use Grammarly sometimes to see my mistakes and edit them correctly. And learn as many quotes as you can. This is really helping me.

Sakshi: That's great.

Was there any question you were hoping to be asked? If yes then do tell me and I'll ask and add it up

Saewa: Thank you for interviewing me! No, everything was perfect! ❤ You are a great interviewer. Wish you the best ✨

Sakshi: Thank you so much. You are an awesome writer. Keep shining ❤️❤️❤️

Saewa: Thank you ❤
